जिला समाहरणालय में जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन, उपायुक्त ने सुनीं जिलावसियों की समस्याएँ

गुमला : गुमला जिला समाहरणालय, गुमला में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों एवं दूर-दराज़ ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों से जिलावासी उपस्थित हुए तथा अपनी समस्याओं एवं आवेदन विवरणों को उपायुक्त के समक्ष प्रस्तुत किया।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान विभिन्न प्रकार की शिकायतें एवं आवेदन प्राप्त हुए, जिनमें मुख्य रूप से भूमि विवाद, म्यूटेशन एवं राजस्व संबंधी प्रकरण, पेंशन से संबंधित मामलों, प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना एवं अन्य लाभुक योजनाओं से संबंधित आवेदन, श्रम एवं सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजनाओं से जुड़े मुद्दे, धोखाधड़ी एवं पारिवारिक विवाद, पैन, राशन कार्ड एवं आधार लिंकिंग संबंधी समस्याएं तथा स्थानीय स्तर पर प्रशासनिक अवरोध एवं सुविधा उपलब्धता संबंधी प्रार्थनापत्र शामिल रहे।

उपायुक्त ने प्रत्येक आवेदक की समस्या को ध्यानपूर्वक सुना और संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारियों को आवश्यक निदेश दिया कि सभी प्रकरणों का कानूनी प्रावधानों एवं प्राथमिकता के आधार पर त्वरित निष्पादन सुनिश्चित किया जाए। उन्होंने यह भी निर्देशित किया कि गंभीर एवं लंबित मामलों की नियमित मॉनिटरिंग की जाए तथा समाधान प्रक्रिया में पारदर्शिता और संवेदनशीलता बरती जाए।

कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित जिला स्तरीय अधिकारियों एवं कर्मियों को उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि जनहित से जुड़े मामलों में संवेदनशील रवैया अपनाते हुए आम नागरिकों को समयबद्ध सहायता प्रदान करें, ताकि जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के उद्देश्य नागरिकों की समस्याओं का प्रभावी और त्वरित समाधान को सफलतापूर्वक प्राप्त किया जा सकें l
