गुमला: गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर विद्या भूषण कुमार, निदेशक (लेखा प्रशासन एवं स्वनियोजन), जिला ग्रामीण विकास अभिकरण (DRDA), ने सोमवार को सदर अस्पताल गुमला का औचक निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान अस्पताल के वार्ड, OPD, आपातकालीन सेवा, दवा उपलब्धता, मशीनों की कार्यशीलता और मरीज सुविधा की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई।
OPD और सेवाओं की स्थिति
- OPD में 530 मरीजों का निबंधन
- 12 आयुष्मान कार्ड जारी
- SNCU में 20 बच्चे भर्ती
- सर्जिकल वार्ड में 26 मरीज
- अन्य वार्डों में कई मरीज भर्ती पाए गए
- X-Ray, लैब और CT Scan सेवाएं सुगम और सक्रिय पाई गईं
- दवाएं पर्याप्त मात्रा में उपलब्ध थीं
- आज तक 13 सामान्य प्रसव और 02 सी-सेक्शन दर्ज किए गए
स्वच्छता और वार्डों की स्थिति
अधिकांश वार्ड, शौचालय, किचन और OT स्वच्छ पाए गए।
हालाँकि, सर्जिकल वार्ड में दुर्गंध पाई गई, जिसके बाद निदेशक ने उपाधीक्षक को तुरंत अतिरिक्त सफाई कराने का निर्देश दिया।
आपातकालीन और एम्बुलेंस सेवा
आपातकालीन सेवा 24×7 सक्रिय मिली।
अस्पताल से विभिन्न स्थानों पर भेजने के लिए 88 मरीजों ने एम्बुलेंस सेवा का उपयोग किया।
सुरक्षा व्यवस्था
अस्पताल परिसर में लगे 46 CCTV कैमरे सक्रिय मिले, जिससे सुरक्षा व्यवस्था सुव्यवस्थित पाई गई।
मरीजों की प्रतिक्रिया
अस्पताल में मौजूद मरीजों और परिजनों ने उपचार व्यवस्था पर संतोष व्यक्त किया।
जन्म–मृत्यु पंजी और OPD–IPD रजिस्टर भी सही पाए गए।
निदेशक का निर्देश
निरीक्षण के अंत में निदेशक ने अस्पताल प्रबंधन को स्वच्छता, मरीज सेवा और अस्पताल संचालन को और बेहतर करने का निर्देश दिया।
