घाघरा प्रखंड के अरंगी क्षेत्र में अवैध बालू भंडारण पर संयुक्त छापामारी, लगभग 6,000 घनफीट बालू जप्त

गुमला। जिला प्रशासन की टास्क फोर्स ने रविवार की सुबह घाघरा प्रखंड के अरंगी क्षेत्र में अवैध बालू भंडारण के खिलाफ बड़ी कार्रवाई की। यह अभियान गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर चलाए जा रहे अवैध खनन विरोधी अभियान के तहत किया गया।

पूर्वाह्न 11 बजे की गई इस छापामारी में अंचल अधिकारी घाघरा, गुमला वन प्रमंडल के वन परिसर पदाधिकारी और खनन निरीक्षक गुमला की संयुक्त टीम शामिल थी। टीम ने मौजा अरंगी में वन भूमि से सटे एक प्लॉट पर लगभग 6,000 घनफीट अवैध रूप से भंडारित बालू पाया, जिसे मौके पर जप्त कर लिया गया।

जांच में पाया गया कि यह भंडारण बिना किसी वैध अनुज्ञप्ति या बंदोबस्ती के किया जा रहा था, जो पूरी तरह अवैध है। स्थानीय लोगों से पूछताछ में पता चला कि यह अवैध गतिविधि संजय उरांव, अनिल उरांव, अनिल उरांव और दिनेश गोप द्वारा संचालित की जा रही थी।

प्रशासनिक टीम ने अवैध उत्खनन और भंडारण को गंभीर अपराध बताते हुए कहा कि इससे सरकारी राजस्व की हानि के साथ-साथ राष्ट्रीय संपत्ति का क्षरण भी हो रहा है। यह कृत्य खान एवं खनिज (विकास एवं विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1957, झारखंड लघु खनिज नियमावली, 2004 तथा Jharkhand Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2017 का स्पष्ट उल्लंघन है। साथ ही वन भूमि का उपयोग किए जाने पर यह कार्य भारतीय वन अधिनियम के विपरीत भी पाया गया।

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने निर्देश दिया है कि इस अवैध गतिविधि में शामिल सभी व्यक्तियों के विरुद्ध संबंधित अधिनियमों के तहत प्राथमिकी दर्ज कर आवश्यक कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाए।
उन्होंने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि जिले में अवैध खनन और अवैध भंडारण के खिलाफ अभियान लगातार जारी रहेगा तथा ऐसे कार्यों में संलिप्त किसी भी व्यक्ति को बख्शा नहीं जाएगा।
