गुमला में सड़क सुरक्षा का महाअभियान: 200 से अधिक चालकों पर कार्रवाई, ₹4.45 लाख का रिकॉर्ड चालान

जिलेभर में एक साथ चला जांच अभियान, स्कूली वाहनों और ओवरलोडिंग पर भी सख्ती

गुमला जिले में सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में हो रही वृद्धि को रोकने और यातायात नियमों के पालन को सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से जिला प्रशासन ने शुक्रवार को बड़े पैमाने पर सड़क सुरक्षा जांच अभियान चलाया। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित और पुलिस अधीक्षक हरीश बिन ज़मां के निर्देश पर भरनो, सिसई, कामडारा, गुमला समेत जिले के कई थाना क्षेत्रों और मुख्य मार्गों पर एक साथ यह कार्रवाई की गई।

4.45 लाख का स्पॉट फाइन, 150 से अधिक वाहन चालकों पर कार्रवाई

जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी (डीटीओ) ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल के नेतृत्व में परिवहन विभाग और पुलिस की संयुक्त टीम ने सुबह से ही प्रमुख चौराहों और थाना परिसरों में कड़ी जांच शुरू की। अभियान के दौरान नियम तोड़ने वाले 150 से अधिक वाहन चालकों पर कार्रवाई की गई और कुल ₹4,45,000 से अधिक का चालान वसूला गया।
डीटीओ ने बताया कि सड़क दुर्घटनाओं को नियंत्रित करने के लिए यातायात नियमों का कड़ाई से पालन कराना अब अनिवार्य हो गया है।

स्कूल बसों पर प्रशासन की कड़ी नजर

अभियान के दौरान स्कूली वाहनों की विशेष जांच की गई।

• राजश्री स्कूल और शैलपुत्री स्कूल में निर्धारित क्षमता से अधिक बच्चों को बैठाने पर स्कूल प्रबंधन को फटकार लगाई गई और चालान काटा गया।
• संत मैरी स्कूल, बसिया की बस पर भी नियम उल्लंघन पाए जाने के बाद कार्रवाई की गई।

इसके अलावा, जूली बस और मंत्री बस में यात्रियों को छत पर बैठाकर ले जाने की पुष्टि होने पर दोनों पर तुरंत जुर्माना लगाया गया। प्रशासन ने स्पष्ट किया कि यात्रियों की सुरक्षा से किसी भी प्रकार का समझौता बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा।

मुख्य फोकस: हेलमेट, सीट बेल्ट, ओवरस्पीड व दस्तावेज़

जांच के दौरान दोपहिया चालकों में हेलमेट और चारपहिया चालकों में सीट बेल्ट अनिवार्यता पर विशेष ध्यान दिया गया।
साथ ही—

• ट्रिपल राइडिंग
• तेज गति
• नशे में ड्राइविंग
• बिना लाइसेंस
• बिना इंश्योरेंस
• बिना पीयूसी
  जैसे नियम उल्लंघन के मामलों में भी सख्त कार्रवाई की गई।

प्रशासन की सख्त चेतावनी

डीटीओ ने चालकों को सड़क सुरक्षा के महत्व पर जागरूक करते हुए कहा—
“हेलमेट रहेगा साथ, जिंदगी भी साथ रहेगी। हेलमेट घर पर छोड़ेंगे, जिला प्रशासन आपको नहीं छोड़ेगी।”

अभियान में कई अधिकारी रहे मौजूद

इस अभियान में गुमला जिला पुलिस उपाधीक्षक सुरेश प्रसाद यादव, भरनो थाना प्रभारी कंचन प्रजापति, सिसई थाना प्रभारी संतोष कुमार सिंह, कामडारा थाना प्रभारी मुकेश कुमार सुमन, मोटर वाहन निरीक्षक रॉबिन अजय सिंह और प्रदीप तिर्की समेत डीटीओ कार्यालय की टीम और पुलिस बल के कई अधिकारी शामिल रहे।

अधिकारियों ने साफ कहा है कि सड़क सुरक्षा को लेकर कोई ढिलाई नहीं बरती जाएगी और भविष्य में भी ऐसे व्यापक अभियान जारी रहेंगे।
