सेवा का अधिकार सप्ताह में गुमला प्रशासन की बड़ी सफलता: 50,620 में से 92.2% आवेदनों का त्वरित निस्तारण

गुमला। झारखंड सरकार के निर्देशानुसार उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के मार्गदर्शन में गुमला जिले में “सरकार आपके द्वार” कार्यक्रम के तहत आयोजित सेवा का अधिकार सप्ताह सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न हुआ। पंचायत स्तर पर लगाई गई इन विशेष शिविरों का उद्देश्य झारखंड राज्य सेवा देने की गारंटी अधिनियम 2011 के तहत सरकारी सेवाओं को सरल, सुलभ और समयबद्ध रूप से उपलब्ध कराना रहा।

जिलेभर में आयोजित शिविरों में जन-सहभागिता उल्लेखनीय रही। प्रशासनिक टीमों द्वारा त्वरित और पारदर्शी सेवा प्रदान किए जाने के चलते जिले में कुल 50,620 आवेदन प्राप्त हुए, जिनमें से 46,655 आवेदनों का शीघ्र निष्पादन किया जा चुका है।
वर्तमान स्थिति इस प्रकार है—

• 3,774 आवेदन लंबित

• 168 आवेदन प्रक्रिया में

• 30 आवेदन नियमानुसार अस्वीकृत
  इस प्रकार जिले की कुल निस्तारण दर 92.2% दर्ज हुई।

प्रखंडवार उपलब्धियाँ

• चैनपुर: 1,684 में से 1,684 का पूर्ण निस्तारण

• पालकोट: 3,065 में से 3,057 का निस्तारण

• बसिया: 3,907 में से 3,894 का निष्पादन

• नगर परिषद: 450 में से 442 का निष्पादन

• डुमरी: 5,636 में से 5,396 का निष्पादन

• भरनो: 3,331 में से 3,172 का निष्पादन

• घाघरा: 5,936 में से 5,629 का निष्पादन

• अल्बर्ट एक्का-जारि: 1,735 में से 1,608 का निष्पादन

• गुमला: 7,946 में से 7,252 का निस्तारण

• रायडीह: 1,481 में से 1,314 का निष्पादन

• जाति प्रमाण पत्र: सभी 3,656 आवेदनों का त्वरित निष्पादन

• स्थानीय निवासी प्रमाण पत्र: 2,763 में से सभी का निस्तारण

• जन्म प्रमाण पत्र: 963 में से 905 का निष्पादन

• मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र: 122 में से 118 का निस्तारण

• नया राशन कार्ड: 3,139 में से 2,692 का निष्पादन

• भूमि माप: 560 में से 481 का निस्तारण

• भूमि धारण प्रमाण पत्र: 410 में से 334 का निस्तारण

• दाखिल-खारिज वाद: 442 में से 336 का निस्तारण

• वृद्ध पेंशन: 4,703 में से 4,662 का निष्पादन

• विकलांग पेंशन: सभी 135 आवेदनों का निस्तारण

• विधवा पेंशन: सभी 203 आवेदनों का निस्तारण

उपायुक्त ने की सराहना

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने सेवा का अधिकार सप्ताह को जनहित में एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल बताते हुए कहा कि प्रत्येक पात्र नागरिक को अधिकार-आधारित सेवाएँ समयबद्ध रूप से उपलब्ध कराना जिला प्रशासन की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है। उन्होंने सभी पदाधिकारियों एवं कर्मियों के सक्रिय योगदान की सराहना की और शेष आवेदनों का शीघ्र एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया।

गुमला जिला प्रशासन ने कहा कि वह भविष्य में भी जन-सेवा को और प्रभावी तथा व्यापक बनाने के लिए पूर्णतः प्रतिबद्ध है, ताकि सरकारी सेवाओं की पहुँच हर नागरिक तक आसानी से सुनिश्चित हो सके।
