राष्ट्रपति के प्रस्तावित कार्यक्रम को लेकर गुमला में सुरक्षा व्यवस्था का व्यापक पूर्वाभ्यास

उपायुक्त एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक ने कारकेड रिहर्सल की समीक्षा, दिए कड़े निर्देश

गुमला :
भारत की माननीय राष्ट्रपति श्रीमती द्रौपदी मुर्मू के प्रस्तावित गुमला जिला भ्रमण कार्यक्रम को लेकर जिला प्रशासन पूर्णतः सतर्क एवं प्रतिबद्ध नजर आ रहा है। इसी क्रम में उपायुक्त-सह-जिला दंडाधिकारी प्रेरणा दीक्षित एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक हारिस बिन ज़मां के संयुक्त नेतृत्व में कारकेड रिहर्सल (सुरक्षा काफिले का पूर्वाभ्यास) आयोजित किया गया। इस दौरान सुरक्षा एवं लॉजिस्टिक्स व्यवस्थाओं का वास्तविक परिस्थितियों में समग्र परीक्षण किया गया।

कारकेड रिहर्सल के दौरान राष्ट्रपति के संभावित आगमन एवं प्रस्थान मार्ग, वैकल्पिक रूट लाइन, समय-समन्वय, यातायात नियंत्रण, सुरक्षा घेरा, एस्कॉर्ट व्यवस्था, संचार प्रणाली, आपातकालीन सेवाओं की तत्परता तथा त्वरित रिस्पॉन्स मैकेनिज़्म का सूक्ष्म स्तर पर आकलन किया गया। रिहर्सल का उद्देश्य यह सुनिश्चित करना था कि कार्यक्रम के दौरान सुरक्षा, व्यवस्था एवं प्रोटोकॉल के अनुरूप संचालन में किसी भी स्तर पर बाधा उत्पन्न न हो।

रिहर्सल के उपरांत उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को निर्देशित करते हुए कहा कि राष्ट्रपति का कार्यक्रम अत्यंत संवेदनशील एवं उच्च प्राथमिकता का विषय है, ऐसे में प्रशासनिक, सुरक्षा एवं लॉजिस्टिक व्यवस्थाओं में शून्य त्रुटि (Zero Error) की नीति अपनाई जाए। सभी विभाग आपसी समन्वय के साथ कार्य करें तथा मानक संचालन प्रक्रिया (SOP) का अक्षरशः पालन सुनिश्चित करें।

वहीं पुलिस अधीक्षक हारिस बिन ज़मां ने सुरक्षा व्यवस्था की समीक्षा करते हुए रूट लाइन, बैरिकेडिंग, चेकिंग प्वाइंट्स, फील्ड ड्यूटी में तैनात बलों की भूमिका एवं कंटिंजेंसी प्लान पर विशेष बल दिया। उन्होंने निर्देश दिया कि प्रत्येक पुलिसकर्मी पूर्ण अनुशासन, सतर्कता एवं अलर्ट मोड में रहते हुए अपनी जिम्मेदारी का निर्वहन करे।

कारकेड रिहर्सल के माध्यम से संभावित कमियों एवं सुधार योग्य बिंदुओं की पहचान कर तत्काल आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए गए, ताकि राष्ट्रपति के आगमन के दौरान जिले में सुरक्षा, सुव्यवस्था एवं प्रशासनिक दक्षता का सर्वोच्च मानक स्थापित किया जा सके।

ज्ञात हो कि माननीय राष्ट्रपति महोदया कल पूर्वाह्न 10:50 बजे जशपुर हवाई अड्डा पहुंचेंगी, जहां से वे सड़क मार्ग से गुमला जिले के रायडीह प्रखंड स्थित शंख मोड़, मांझाटोली के समीप आयोजित अंतर्राष्ट्रीय जन संस्कृति समागम – कार्तिक जतरा 2025 कार्यक्रम में शामिल होंगी। कार्यक्रम का संभावित समापन अपराह्न 12:20 बजे तक होगा, जिसके पश्चात राष्ट्रपति महोदया पुनः सड़क मार्ग से जशपुर हवाई अड्डा के लिए प्रस्थान करेंगी।

कार्यक्रम के सफल आयोजन को लेकर उपायुक्त एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक द्वारा लगातार मॉनिटरिंग की जा रही है, वहीं अंतिम संयुक्त ब्रीफिंग आज संध्या में पुनः आयोजित की जाएगी।

इस अवसर पर जिला प्रशासन एवं पुलिस प्रशासन के वरीय पदाधिकारी, संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारी तथा सुरक्षा एजेंसियों के प्रतिनिधि उपस्थित थे।
