सेरका पंचायत में 250 किसानों के बीच निःशुल्क सब्जी बीज का वितरण

बिशुनपुर : उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में, जिला उद्यान विभाग, गुमला की ओर से बिशुनपुर प्रखंड अंतर्गत सेरका पंचायत भवन में प्रखंड के सभी 10 पंचायतों के चयनित 250 किसानों के बीच निःशुल्क सब्जी बीज का वितरण किया गया। इस दौरान किसानों को कद्दू, भिंडी, कोहड़ा, करेला एवं मिर्च के उन्नत किस्म के बीज उपलब्ध कराए गए। कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ मुख्य अतिथि अपर समाहर्ता, गुमला एवं प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, बिशुनपुर का जिला उद्यान पदाधिकारी के द्वारा बुके भेंट कर सम्मानित किया गया।इस अवसर पर अपर समाहर्ता, गुमला ने किसानों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि पहले किसान बाजार से बिना गुणवत्ता जांच के बीज खरीदते थे, जिससे उन्हें नुकसान उठाना पड़ता था। सरकार द्वारा जिला उद्यान विभाग के माध्यम से उपलब्ध कराए जा रहे ये बीज पूर्ण रूप से परीक्षणयुक्त (टेस्टेड) हैं, जिससे किसानों को बेहतर उत्पादन मिलेगा और उनकी आय में वृद्धि होगी। उन्होंने किसानों को केसीसी (किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड) योजना के तहत बैंक से ऋण लेकर खेती करने तथा धान की फसल को लैम्पस के माध्यम से बेचने के लिए प्रेरित किया।
प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी ने सरकार की विभिन्न कृषि एवं ग्रामीण विकास योजनाओं की जानकारी देते हुए किसानों से मेहनत कर अपनी आय बढ़ाने का आह्वान किया। उन्होंने बताया कि बिशुनपुर प्रखंड में फार्मर प्रोड्यूसर ऑर्गेनाइजेशन (FPO) किसानों की उपज को सुरक्षित रखने एवं बाजार उपलब्ध कराने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा रहा है।जिला तकनीकी प्रबंधक दीपक कुमार सिंह ने प्राकृतिक खेती की जानकारी देते हुए इसके लाभों पर प्रकाश डाला। वहीं बैंक ऑफ इंडिया, बिशुनपुर शाखा के प्रबंधक ने किसानों को केसीसी ऋण की सुविधा लेने एवं एफपीओ से जुड़कर खेती को व्यवसाय के रूप में विकसित करने की सलाह दी।अक्षत फार्मर प्रोड्यूसर कंपनी लिमिटेड, बनारी के निदेशक लक्ष्मी नारायण साहू ने एफपीओ से जुड़कर किसानों को बेहतर बाजार उपलब्ध कराने की बात कही। वहीं सेरका पंचायत के किसान हरूप उरांव ने पिछले वर्ष जिला उद्यान से मिले फूल एवं सब्जी बीज से किए गए उत्पादन और एफपीओ के माध्यम अनुभव साझा करते हुए बताया कि खेती से भी आत्मनिर्भर बना जा सकता है। उन्होंने बताया कि नाशपाती का बागान लगाकर भी उनकी आय में निरंतर वृद्धि हो रही है।
कार्यक्रम में जिला अपर समाहर्ता, जिला उद्यान पदाधिकारी, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, जिला तकनीकी प्रबंधक दीपक कुमार सिंह, सेरका मुखिया जयमंती उरांव, निराशी पंचायत की मुखिया पार्वती देवी, अक्षत एफपीओ के निदेशक लक्ष्मी नारायण साहू, दिगंबर मुंडा, सुरेश भगत, सुरेंद्र भगत, ईश्वर भगत, अजय पांडे, मुनेश्वर राम समेत बड़ी संख्या में किसान उपस्थित थे।
