विकास योजनाओं का स्थलीय निरीक्षण, कार्य गुणवत्ता एवं समयबद्ध पूर्णता पर दिया गया जोर

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर निदेशक, डीआरडीए विद्या भूषण द्वारा आज मंगलवार को प्रखंड रायडीह अंतर्गत पंचायत नवागढ़ का स्थलीय निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण के क्रम में विभिन्न विकास योजनाओं की प्रगति एवं गुणवत्ता का जायजा लिया गया तथा संबंधित लाभुकों एवं पदाधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए।
भ्रमण के दौरान पंचायत अंतर्गत कूप निर्माण योजना, आम बागवानी, पशु शेड तथा अबुआ आवास योजना अंतर्गत निर्माणाधीन आवासों का निरीक्षण किया गया। बिरसा सिंचाई संवर्धन कूप योजना के तहत रामबिलास सिंह के कूप, आम बागवानी एवं नाडेप संरचना का अवलोकन किया गया। निरीक्षण में पाया गया कि कूप का निर्माण कार्य पूर्ण है तथा मुंडेर का निर्माण भी संतोषजनक रूप से किया गया है। योजना स्थल पर नाडेप का निर्माण किया गया है एवं आम बागवानी हेतु 01 एकड़ भूमि में 112 पौधे लगाए गए हैं। स्थल पर योजना बोर्ड भी स्थापित पाया गया।
पशु शेड योजना अंतर्गत बाणेश्वर सिंह के पशु शेड का निरीक्षण किया गया, जहां पशुओं का रख-रखाव किया जा रहा था। साथ ही आम बागवानी क्षेत्र में साफ-सफाई बनाए रखने हेतु संबंधित लाभुक को निर्देशित किया गया।
ग्रामीण आवास योजना (अबुआ आवास) अंतर्गत निर्माणाधीन आवासों का भी निरीक्षण किया गया। लाभुकों को आवासों को निर्धारित समय सीमा में पूर्ण करने हेतु प्रेरित किया गया। जिन आवासों की ढलाई पूर्ण हो चुकी है, उनमें नियमानुसार प्लास्टर एवं दरवाजा-खिड़की लगाने का कार्य शीघ्र पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए गए।
निरीक्षण के क्रम में प्रखंड कार्यालय रायडीह एवं अंचल कार्यालय रायडीह का भी अवलोकन किया गया। कार्यालयों में संधारित पंजी की जांच की गई तथा पंजियों के सुव्यवस्थित संधारण एवं रख-रखाव हेतु आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए।
लौटने के क्रम में मत्स्य विद्यालय गुमला के समीप चुनाव कार्य के तहत स्थापित वाहन चेकिंग केंद्र का निरीक्षण किया गया। दंडाधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त पदाधिकारी एवं पुलिस कर्मी उपस्थित पाए गए, जो जांच कार्य में संलग्न थे। वाहन चेकिंग पंजी का विधिवत संधारण किया जा रहा था। नियुक्त पदाधिकारियों एवं कर्मियों को चुनाव संबंधी आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश प्रदान किए गए, ताकि निर्वाचन प्रक्रिया निष्पक्ष एवं सुचारू रूप से संपन्न हो सके।
जिला प्रशासन द्वारा विकास योजनाओं के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन, पारदर्शिता एवं समयबद्ध पूर्णता सुनिश्चित करने हेतु नियमित निरीक्षण जारी रहेगा।
