औरापाट गांव में उम्मीद की नई फसल

गुमला : – गुमला जिला के आकांक्षी प्रखंड डुमरी का औरापाट मॉडल गांव आज आत्मनिर्भरता की दिशा में एक नई कहानी गढ़ रहा है। सीमित संसाधनों और अनिश्चित आय से जूझ रहे PVTG समुदाय के परिवारों के जीवन में अब मशरूम आजीविका परियोजना के माध्यम से सकारात्मक बदलाव दिखने लगा है।
उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के मार्गदर्शन में संचालित “औरापाट मशरूम आजीविका परियोजना” में अब फलन (फ्रूटिंग) की प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ हो चुकी है। जिन परिवारों को मशरूम किट एवं प्रशिक्षण उपलब्ध कराया गया था, उनके इकाइयों में अब ऑयस्टर मशरूम तैयार होने लगे हैं। इससे ग्रामीणों में उत्साह और आत्मविश्वास दोनों बढ़ा है।
योजना के अंतर्गत डुमरी प्रखंड के कुल 500 PVTG एवं जनजातीय परिवारों को चरणबद्ध रूप से मशरूम खेती एवं प्रशिक्षण से जोड़ा जा रहा है, ताकि उनकी आय के स्थायी स्रोत विकसित हो सकें। प्रथम चरण में औरापाट गांव के 45 PVTG परिवारों को मशरूम किट वितरित की गई तथा उन्हें ऑयस्टर मशरूम उत्पादन का व्यावहारिक प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया गया। प्रशिक्षण के दौरान यह बताया गया कि कम लागत एवं सीमित स्थान में भी मशरूम की खेती कर सम्मानजनक आय अर्जित की जा सकती है।
इस परियोजना का क्रियान्वयन जिला योजना शाखा द्वारा APP Aggregate, खूँटी के सहयोग से किया जा रहा है। एक वर्षीय इस योजना के तहत लाभुकों को ऑयस्टर एवं बटन मशरूम की खेती के लिए प्रशिक्षण, तकनीकी सहयोग एवं टूल किट प्रदान की जा रही है। महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है कि क्षमता निर्माण कर रही एजेंसी द्वारा उत्पादित मशरूम का बाय-बैक भी किया जाएगा, जिससे किसानों को बाजार की चिंता से मुक्ति मिलेगी और उन्हें उनकी उपज का सुनिश्चित मूल्य प्राप्त होगा।
आगामी चरण में गांव में मशरूम प्रोसेसिंग यूनिट की स्थापना, स्वयं सहायता समूहों का गठन, पैकेजिंग एवं ब्रांडिंग, एक्सपोज़र विज़िट तथा जिला मुख्यालय में मशरूम मार्ट स्थापित करने की योजना है। पाउडर, चिप्स, बड़ी एवं पापड़ जैसे मूल्य संवर्धित उत्पादों के माध्यम से ग्रामीणों को सीधे बाजार से जोड़ जाएगा l
