जन शिकायत कोषांग की समीक्षा बैठक सम्पन्न, एक सप्ताह में सभी लंबित आवेदनों के निष्पादन का निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में आज समाहरणालय सभागार में जन शिकायत कोषांग अंतर्गत प्राप्त आवेदनों की वर्तमान स्थिति तथा लंबित मामलों की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई। बैठक में विभागवार प्रगति की समीक्षा करते हुए निष्पादन की गति को तेज करने के निर्देश दिए गए।
समीक्षा के क्रम में बताया गया कि विभिन्न विभागों एवं अंचलों के कुल 1711 आवेदनों में से अब तक 784 आवेदनों का निष्पादन किया जा चुका है तथा 3,21 आवेदन प्रक्रियाधीन हैं। शेष 6,06 लंबित आवेदनों के शीघ्र निष्पादन को सुनिश्चित करने हेतु संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए गए।
उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि सभी विभाग अपने-अपने लंबित आवेदनों का निष्पादन एक सप्ताह के भीतर अनिवार्य रूप से सुनिश्चित करें। उन्होंने कहा कि जन शिकायतों का समयबद्ध समाधान प्रशासन की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है और इसमें किसी प्रकार की लापरवाही स्वीकार्य नहीं होगी।
उपायुक्त ने सभी संबंधित विभागों को निर्देशित किया कि वे अपने-अपने Google Sheet में प्रत्येक आवेदन की अद्यतन स्थिति उचित टिप्पणी के साथ अंकित करें। साथ ही निष्पादन से संबंधित आधिकारिक पत्र, जो निस्तारण का प्रमाण हो, उसे अपलोड कर उसका लिंक Remarks Link सेक्शन में अनिवार्य रूप से अद्यतन करें, ताकि पारदर्शिता एवं प्रभावी मॉनिटरिंग सुनिश्चित हो सके।
बैठक में स्वास्थ्य विभाग, शिक्षा विभाग, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी, झारखंड स्टेट लाइवलीहुड प्रमोशन सोसाइटी, जिला बाल संरक्षण पदाधिकारी, आपदा प्रबंधन शाखा, अंचल कार्यालय, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, खेल विभाग तथा अग्रणी जिला प्रबंधक को विशेष रूप से निर्देश दिया गया कि वे अपनी प्रविष्टियों को नियमित एवं शुद्ध रूप से अद्यतन रखें तथा लंबित मामलों के निष्पादन में तत्परता बरतें।
सभी संबंधित पदाधिकारियों से अपेक्षा की गई कि वे निर्देशों का त्वरित अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करें। यदि किसी प्रकार की तकनीकी या प्रक्रियात्मक समस्या उत्पन्न होती है तो तत्काल संबंधित पदाधिकारी से संपर्क कर समाधान प्राप्त करें और निर्धारित समय-सीमा के भीतर शत-प्रतिशत अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करें।
