नगर निकाय चुनाव की तैयारी को लेकर उपायुक्त ने मटेरियल सेल का किया निरीक्षण

गुमला : – गुमला मुख्यालय में आगामी नगर निकाय चुनाव को निष्पक्ष, पारदर्शी एवं व्यवस्थित ढंग से संपन्न कराने के उद्देश्य से जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी सह उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने आज समाहरणालय परिसर स्थित मटेरियल सेल का निरीक्षण किया। निरीक्षण के दौरान चुनाव से संबंधित सामग्री की उपलब्धता, संधारण, पैकेजिंग एवं वितरण की तैयारियों की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई।
उपायुक्त ने अधिकारियों से मतदान दलों को उपलब्ध कराई जाने वाली सामग्रियों जैसे बैलेट यूनिट से संबंधित सहायक सामग्री, सील, टैग, प्रपत्र, स्टेशनरी एवं अन्य आवश्यक चुनावी सामग्री के रख-रखाव एवं सूचीकरण की जानकारी ली। उन्होंने निर्देश दिया कि सभी सामग्रियों का भौतिक सत्यापन करते हुए चेकलिस्ट के अनुरूप पैकेटवार तैयारी सुनिश्चित की जाए, ताकि मतदान तिथि के पूर्व किसी प्रकार की कमी या भ्रम की स्थिति उत्पन्न न हो।
निरीक्षण के दौरान उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि मटेरियल डिस्पैच की प्रक्रिया सुव्यवस्थित, पारदर्शी एवं समयबद्ध होनी चाहिए। प्रत्येक मतदान दल को सामग्री वितरण के समय हस्ताक्षरयुक्त प्राप्ति रसीद सुनिश्चित की जाए तथा रिकॉर्ड संधारण व्यवस्थित रूप से किया जाए।
उन्होंने संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि सामग्री भंडारण स्थल पर सुरक्षा व्यवस्था सुदृढ़ रखी जाए तथा अग्नि सुरक्षा एवं अन्य आवश्यक मानकों का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित किया जाए। साथ ही, वितरण दिवस के लिए माइक्रो प्लान तैयार कर जिम्मेदारियों का स्पष्ट निर्धारण करने को कहा गया।
उपायुक्त ने कहा कि चुनाव प्रक्रिया की सफलता सूक्ष्म स्तर की तैयारी पर निर्भर करती है, इसलिए प्रत्येक चरण में सतर्कता एवं समन्वय आवश्यक है। उन्होंने सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों को आपसी समन्वय के साथ कार्य करते हुए निर्वाचन कार्य को सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न कराने का निर्देश दिया।

इस दौरान मुख्य रूप से उप विकास आयुक्त गुमला दिलेश्वर महतो, अपर समाहर्ता गुमला शशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाइक, DCLR गुमला राजीव कुमार सहित अन्य सम्बंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी मौजूद रहें।
