गुमला : – गुमला जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी सह उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने जिले के समस्त मतदाताओं से अपील करते हुए कहा कि लोकतंत्र की वास्तविक शक्ति नागरिकों की सक्रिय सहभागिता में निहित है। आपका एक मत आपके नगर के विकास, पारदर्शी प्रशासन और सशक्त स्थानीय स्वशासन की दिशा निर्धारित करता है।_

_उन्होंने सभी मतदाताओं से आग्रह किया कि वे 23 फरवरी को प्रातः 7 बजे से सायं 5 बजे के बीच अपने निर्धारित मतदान केंद्र पर पहुँचकर निर्भीक एवं निष्पक्ष वातावरण में अपने मताधिकार का अनिवार्य रूप से प्रयोग करें।_

_उपायुक्त ने विशेष रूप से युवाओं, महिलाओं एवं प्रथम बार मतदान करने वाले मतदाताओं से लोकतांत्रिक उत्सव में बढ़-चढ़कर भाग लेने का आह्वान करते हुए कहा कि अधिकाधिक मतदान ही सशक्त लोकतंत्र की पहचान है।_
