खोरा स्थित कंचन राइस मिल का निरीक्षण, कई आवश्यक निर्देश जारी

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों के अनुपालन एवं जनस्वास्थ्य की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर, खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी द्वारा गुमला के खोरा स्थित कंचन राइस मिल का निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण के दौरान मिल परिसर की साफ-सफाई, उत्पादन प्रक्रिया, भंडारण व्यवस्था एवं अभिलेखों की गहन जांच की गई।

निरीक्षण क्रम में मिल में उपयोग किए जा रहे पानी की पेयजल की गुणवत्ता जांच की गई तथा नियमित जल परीक्षण कराने का निर्देश दिया गया। फोर्टीफाइड चावल एवं उसना चावल से संबंधित गुणवत्ता रिपोर्ट का अवलोकन किया गया और आवश्यक अभिलेख अद्यतन रखने को कहा गया। कर्मियों के मेडिकल फिटनेस की जांच करते हुए सभी कर्मचारियों का समय-समय पर स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

साथ ही मिल परिसर में नियमित कीट प्रबंधन व्यवस्था बनाए रखने तथा पैकेज्ड चावल पर एफएसएसएआई लाइसेंस नंबर, बैच नंबर, पैकिंग तिथि, शुद्ध वजन एवं अन्य अनिवार्य विवरण अंकित करने के निर्देश दिए गए। भंडारण कक्ष में नमी नियंत्रण एवं स्वच्छता बनाए रखने पर विशेष जोर दिया गया।

इसके अतिरिक्त खोरा क्षेत्र एवं शहरी क्षेत्र के अन्य किराना एवं खाद्यान्न दुकानों में भी जांच अभियान चलाया गया। दुकानों में साफ-सफाई, खाद्य पदार्थों के भंडारण, एक्सपायरी तिथि, लाइसेंस एवं आवश्यक दस्तावेजों की जांच की गई। दुकानदारों को खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम, 2006 के प्रावधानों का पालन करने तथा उपभोक्ताओं को गुणवत्तापूर्ण एवं सुरक्षित खाद्य सामग्री उपलब्ध कराने का निर्देश दिया गया। साथ ही किसी भी तरह का एक्सपायर फूड प्रोडक्ट की खरीद बिक्री नहीं करने की सख्त हिदायत दी गई |

खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी ने कहा कि मानकों की अनदेखी पाए जाने पर विधिसम्मत कार्रवाई की जाएगी। यह अभियान आगे भी निरंतर जारी रहेगा।
