नगर निकाय चुनाव 2026 की तैयारियों का जायजा लेने जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी ने किया 8 मतदान केंद्रों का निरीक्षण

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में आगामी नगर निकाय चुनाव 2026 को निष्पक्ष, शांतिपूर्ण एवं सुव्यवस्थित ढंग से संपन्न कराने के उद्देश्य से जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी सह उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने आज विभिन्न मतदान केंद्रों का औचक निरीक्षण किया।

निरीक्षण के क्रम में उन्होंने राजकीय हरिजन मध्य विद्यालय, गुमला (बूथ संख्या 9/1 एवं 9/2), चलंत बूथ संख्या 10/1 एवं 10/2 (आजाद बस्ती, गुमला), माहेश्वरी भवन, लोहरदगा रोड (बूथ संख्या 11/1 एवं 11/2) तथा लूथरन मिडिल स्कूल, दुनदुरिया (बूथ संख्या 1/1 एवं 1/2) का दौरा किया। उपायुक्त द्वारा कुल 8 मतदान केंद्रों का निरीक्षण कर वहाँ की व्यवस्थाओं की गहन समीक्षा की गई।

निरीक्षण के दौरान उन्होंने सभी मतदान केंद्रों पर एश्योर्ड मिनिमम फैसिलिटी (AMF) के अंतर्गत पेयजल, शौचालय, विद्युत व्यवस्था, रैंप, बैठने की समुचित व्यवस्था, छाया एवं साफ-सफाई सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। विशेष रूप से चलंत बूथों में पेयजल, शौचालय एवं कालीन बिछाने की समुचित व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने को कहा गया, ताकि मतदाताओं को किसी प्रकार की असुविधा न हो।

जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी ने रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर सह DCLR गुमला राजीव कुमार को विधि-व्यवस्था की स्थिति पर विशेष सतर्कता बरतते हुए सभी आवश्यक तैयारियाँ समय पर पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रत्येक मतदान केंद्र पर मतदाताओं के लिए सुगम, सुरक्षित एवं सम्मानजनक वातावरण उपलब्ध कराना प्रशासन की प्राथमिकता है।

इस दौरान DCLR गुमला, प्रशासक नगर परिषद, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित रहे।

उपायुक्त ने सभी पदाधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि चुनाव प्रक्रिया के प्रत्येक चरण में पारदर्शिता एवं तत्परता सुनिश्चित की जाए, ताकि मतदाता निर्भीक होकर अपने मताधिकार का प्रयोग कर सकें।

उपायुक्त ने की अपील: 23 फरवरी को आयोजित होने वाले नगर निकाय निर्वाचन के अवसर पर जिले के समस्त सम्मानित नागरिकों से आग्रह है कि वे प्रातः 7:00 बजे से संध्या 5:00 बजे के बीच अपने निर्धारित मतदान केंद्र पर पहुँचकर अपने मताधिकार का अवश्य प्रयोग करें।
