डीसी-एसपी ने वज्र गृह, रिसीविंग सेंटर सह मतदान केंद्र का किया निरीक्षण

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में नगर पंचायत चुनाव के सफल और निष्पक्ष संचालन को लेकर जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी सह उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित और पुलिस अधीक्षक हरिश बिन ज़मां ने शनिवार को के. ओ . कॉलेज भवन गुमला में बन रहे वज्र गृह, रिसीविंग सेंटर और प्रस्तावित मतगणना केंद्र का संयुक्त रूप से स्थलीय निरीक्षण किया. उन्होंने निर्वाचन की तैयारियों की समीक्षा की.

उपायुक्त ने अधिकारियों को सुरक्षा व्यवस्था, बैरिकेडिंग, सीसीटीवी, पार्किंग, अभ्यर्थियों और मतगणना एजेंट के लिए समुचित व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया. उन्होंने वज्र गृह की सुरक्षा को लेकर विशेष सतर्कता बरतने के लिए कहा. उन्होंने नगरपालिका निर्वाचन कोषांग, कार्मिक कोषांग, मत-पत्र एवं मतपेटिका कोषांग, सामग्री कोषांग, परिवहन कोषांग, विधि-व्यवस्था-सह-आचार संहिता कोषांग, हेल्पलाइन एवं जन शिकायत कोषांग, प्रेक्षक कोषांग, प्रशिक्षण कोषांग, मीडिया कोषांग, निर्वाचन व्यय अनुश्रवण कोषांग, सूचना तकनीकी कोषांग तथा नियंत्रण कक्ष के सुचारू क्रियान्वयन करने का निर्देश दिया. मतदान कर्मियों को मतदान केंद्रों तक ले जाने के लिए वाहनों की पर्याप्त व्यवस्था और पुलिस बल के साथ टैगिंग आदि व्यवस्था सुचारू रूप से सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया . उपायुक्त ने निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देशों का शत प्रतिशत पालन करने का निर्देश दिया. इस दौरान उपायुक्त ने 22 फरवरी को मतदान कर्मियों को होनेवाले डिस्पैच को मतदान के लिए जरूरी सामग्री के साथ मतदान कर्मियों का समय पर डिस्पैच सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया. मतदान के दिन समय पर मतदान प्रारंभ करने, मतदान केंद्र को सुव्यवस्थित रखने का निर्देश दिया. कहा कि मतदान करने में मतदाताओं को किसी प्रकार की समस्या नहीं होने दें. मतदान सम्पन्न कराने के पश्चात समय पर रिसिविंग सेंटर तक वापस लाने, रिसीविंग, मतगणना, सुरक्षा व्यवस्था करने का निर्देश दिया.

मौके पर सभी आरओ, उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो, अपर समाहर्ता शशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाई, जिला उप निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी ( नगर पालिका) सह जिला पंचायती राज पदाधिकारी राजीव कुमार, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी गुमला राजीव नीरज,अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी चैनपुर पूर्णिमा कुमारी, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी बसिया जयवंती देवगम,अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी सहित अन्य उपस्थित थे l
