मिलवाटखोर एवं सेहत से खिलवाड़ करने वालों पर खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी की कड़ी नजर

गुमला : – गुमला जिला में आगामी त्यौहारों को ध्यान में रखते हुए जिले में खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों के अनुपालन एवं आमजन के स्वास्थ्य की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में शनिवार को खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी के नेतृत्व में गुमला शहर के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में किराना दुकानों एवं होटलों में सघन निरीक्षण अभियान चलाया गया।

निरीक्षण के दौरान मेसर्स जे.एम.डी. इंटरप्राइजेज, मेसर्स विनोद होटल, मेसर्स आलोक ट्रेडर्स, मेसर्स सुरेश कैंटीन, मेसर्स साहू जनरल स्टोर एवं मेसर्स राज होटल की जांच की गई। जांच के क्रम में मेसर्स जे.एम.डी. इंटरप्राइजेज से चाय पत्ती एवं बेकिंग पाउडर तथा मेसर्स राज होटल से रसगुल्ला का नमूना संग्रहित कर जांच हेतु रांची स्थित राज्य खाद्य प्रयोगशाला भेजा गया। वहीं मेसर्स विनोद होटल में पनीर एवं मेसर्स सुरेश कैंटीन में खोवा की भी जांच की गई,

निरीक्षण के दौरान साफ-सफाई, खाद्य पदार्थों के भंडारण की व्यवस्था, गुणवत्ता, निर्माण एवं एक्सपायरी तिथि की बारीकी से जांच की गई। खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी ने सभी प्रतिष्ठानों को अपना खाद्य लाइसेंस एवं पंजीकरण प्रमाणपत्र प्रमुख स्थान पर प्रदर्शित करने का सख्त निर्देश दिया। साथ ही होटलों एवं खाद्य प्रतिष्ठानों में कार्यरत कर्मचारियों के लिए एप्रन, ग्लव्स एवं हेडगियर पहनना अनिवार्य बताते हुए स्वच्छता मानकों का कड़ाई से पालन सुनिश्चित करने को कहा।

अधिकारियों ने स्पष्ट किया कि त्यौहारों के दौरान मिलावटखोरी, गंदगी अथवा लापरवाही किसी भी स्थिति में बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम, 2006 के तहत नियमों का उल्लंघन पाए जाने पर संबंधित प्रतिष्ठानों के विरुद्ध कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग ने आम नागरिकों से भी अपील की है कि वे खाद्य सामग्री खरीदते समय गुणवत्ता, पैकेजिंग एवं एक्सपायरी तिथि अवश्य जांचें तथा किसी भी प्रकार की शिकायत होने पर विभाग को सूचित करें। विभाग द्वारा यह अभियान आगे भी लगातार जारी रहेगा, ताकि उपभोक्ताओं को सुरक्षित एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण खाद्य सामग्री उपलब्ध कराई जा सके।
