भूमि संसाधन विभाग, भारत सरकार के निदेशक द्वारा गुमला में DILRMP एवं RCCMS की समीक्षा

सर्वे, रजिस्ट्रेशन एवं म्यूटेशन प्रक्रियाओं के सुदृढ़ीकरण पर विशेष बल

गुमला : – DILRMP एवं NAKSHA Program, Registration एवं RCCMS Systems की समीक्षा हेतु भूमि संसाधन विभाग, ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार के निदेशक श्याम कुमार द्वारा आज शनिवार को गुमला जिला अंतर्गत DCLR कार्यालय एवं अंचल कार्यालय का भ्रमण किया गया।
भ्रमण के दौरान निदेशक द्वारा DILRMP के तहत संचालित कार्यों की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई। उन्होंने जिले में संपन्न अंतिम सर्वेक्षण से संबंधित जानकारी प्राप्त की तथा वर्तमान प्रगति की समीक्षा की। अपर समाहर्ता एवं संबंधित पदाधिकारियों द्वारा योजनाओं की अद्यतन स्थिति एवं कार्यों की विस्तृत जानकारी प्रस्तुत की गई।
बैठक के दौरान जी.एम. लैंड से संबंधित विभिन्न मुद्दों पर चर्चा की गई तथा भूमि संबंधी समस्याओं के समाधान को ऑनलाइन प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से अधिक प्रभावी बनाने पर विचार-विमर्श हुआ।
रजिस्ट्रेशन एवं म्यूटेशन प्रक्रिया में उत्पन्न लघु तकनीकी एवं प्रक्रियात्मक समस्याओं के समाधान हेतु एक मानक संचालन प्रक्रिया (SOP) तैयार करने की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया गया, ताकि कार्यप्रणाली को अधिक पारदर्शी एवं समयबद्ध बनाया जा सके।
निदेशक द्वारा RCCMS की पेपरलेस प्रक्रिया का अवलोकन किया गया तथा संपूर्ण प्रणाली की कार्यप्रणाली पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई। DCLR, गुमला एवं अंचल पदाधिकारी, गुमला एवं घाघरा द्वारा RCCMS, रजिस्ट्रेशन एवं म्यूटेशन से संबंधित महत्वपूर्ण बिंदुओं की जानकारी दी गई।
निदेशक ने प्रक्रियाओं को तकनीक-सक्षम, पारदर्शी एवं नागरिकोन्मुख बनाने पर बल देते हुए कहा कि भूमि सेवाओं की सुगमता एवं समयबद्ध उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करना प्रशासन की प्राथमिकता है।
