गुमला में खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग की सघन जांच, कई प्रतिष्ठानों को दिए गए सख्त निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में आगामी त्यौहारों को ध्यान में रखते हुए जिले में खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों के अनुपालन एवं आमजन के स्वास्थ्य की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से उपायुक्त गुमला प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर सोमवार को खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी के नेतृत्व में गुमला शहर के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में सघन निरीक्षण अभियान चलाया गया।

निरीक्षण के दौरान मेसर्स विनोद ट्रेडर्स, मेसर्स दिल की रसोई (जशपुर रोड), मेसर्स माही इंटरप्राइजेज (पालकोट रोड) एवं मेसर्स अनूप केशरी (सिसई रोड) सहित कई प्रतिष्ठानों की जांच की गई। जांच के क्रम में साफ-सफाई की स्थिति, खाद्य पदार्थों के भंडारण की व्यवस्था तथा कार्यरत कर्मियों द्वारा एप्रन, ग्लव्स एवं हेडगियर का अनिवार्य उपयोग सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए गए।

निरीक्षण के दौरान यह पाया गया कि कुछ कोल्ड ड्रिंक डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर द्वारा एक्सपायरी प्रोडक्ट एवं वैध (सही) उत्पादों को एक ही स्थान पर स्टोर किया गया है एवं सामानों का रख रखाव भी सही तरीके से नहीं किया गया है साथ ही कीट प्रबंधन की कोई व्यवस्था नहीं थी। जिस पर कड़ी आपत्ति जताते हुए खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी ने एक्सपायरी एवं वैध उत्पादों को अलग-अलग सुरक्षित स्थान पर रखने का निर्देश दिया। साथ ही समयानुसार एक्सपायरी उत्पादों को नष्ट करने अथवा संबंधित कंपनी को वापस करने की सख्त हिदायत दी गई।

खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी ने स्पष्ट किया कि त्यौहारों के मद्देनज़र इस प्रकार का निरीक्षण अभियान आगे भी लगातार जारी रहेगा तथा नियमों की अनदेखी करने वालों पर खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम, 2006 की धाराओं के तहत् विधिसम्मत कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
