आकांक्षी प्रखंड डुमरी के मॉडल ग्राम हुटाप में पीवीटीजी परिवारों को बकरी पालन से मिलेगी नई पहचान

गुमला : – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित आकांक्षी प्रखंड डुमरी के मॉडल ग्राम हुटाप के औरापाठ क्षेत्र में नीति आयोग द्वारा पोषित एवं गुमला जिला प्रशासन के नेतृत्व में संचालित “पहल (पाथ टू एडवांसमेंट एंड हॉलिस्टिक एक्शन फॉर लाइवलीहुड इन औरापाठ)” परियोजना के तहत सोमवार को पीवीटीजी परिवारों के बीच जीविकोपार्जन वृद्धि के उद्देश्य से बकरियों का वितरण किया गया।

यह वितरण आईएसडीजी रिसर्च फाउंडेशन के माध्यम से किया गया। प्रथम बैच में नौ पीवीटीजी परिवारों को ब्लैक बंगाल नस्ल की एक-एक यूनिट बकरी (चार बकरी और एक बकरा) प्रदान की गई। परियोजना के अंतर्गत कुल चौंतीस पीवीटीजी परिवारों को बकरी पालन के व्यवसाय से जोड़ने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया है।

इस पहल का उद्देश्य विशेष रूप से कमजोर जनजातीय समूहों की आर्थिक स्थिति को सुदृढ़ करना तथा उन्हें आत्मनिर्भर बनाना है। बकरी पालन के माध्यम से परिवारों की नियमित आय सुनिश्चित करने और ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था को मजबूती देने की दिशा में यह एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम माना जा रहा है।

मौके पर आईएसडीजी रिसर्च फाउंडेशन के कार्यकर्ता नीरज गोप, आलोक मिश्रा, पीवीटीजी समुदाय के कार्यकर्ता रमेश कोरवा, संदीप यादव सहित अन्य ग्रामीण उपस्थित थे।
