साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में उपायुक्त ने सुनी आमजन की समस्याएँ, त्वरित कार्रवाई के निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में आज समाहरणालय सभागार में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस दौरान जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों से आए नागरिकों ने अपनी व्यक्तिगत एवं सामुदायिक समस्याओं से उपायुक्त को अवगत कराया। उपायुक्त ने सभी संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि प्राप्त आवेदनों का निष्पादन प्राथमिकता के आधार पर समयबद्ध एवं संवेदनशीलता के साथ सुनिश्चित किया जाए।
जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में रायडीह प्रखंड अंतर्गत ग्राम तुलमुंगा, पंचायत सुरसांग के ग्रामीणों द्वारा वीर शहीद पोटो हो खेल योजना के तहत खेल मैदान निर्माण कराने हेतु आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया गया। ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि गाँव में खेल मैदान नहीं होने के कारण बच्चों के शारीरिक एवं मानसिक विकास पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव पड़ रहा है।
रायडीह प्रखंड के ही ग्राम सिलिंगा, पंचायत सुरसांग के ग्रामीणों ने पालामाड़ा नदी पर पुलिया निर्माण कराने की मांग रखी। ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि पुलिया नहीं होने से आवागमन तथा बच्चों को स्कूल जाने में काफी कठिनाई होती है।
रायडीह प्रखंड के ग्राम लालमाटी, पंचायत उपरखंटगा के ग्रामीणों ने लालमाटी से सोकराहातु के बीच सड़क निर्माण कराने हेतु आवेदन दिया। ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि क्षेत्र दुर्गम होने के कारण बरसात के मौसम में आवागमन अत्यंत कठिन हो जाता है, जिससे मरीजों को अस्पताल ले जाने में भी परेशानी होती है।
गुमला प्रखंड के ग्राम छोटा लोरो बैर टोली निवासी करमा उरांव ने अपने द्वारा लगाए गए पेड़-पौधों को क्षति पहुंचाने के मामले में मुआवजा दिलाने हेतु आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया। उन्होंने बताया कि पड़ोसी जमीन पर संचालित ईंट भट्ठा के कार्य के दौरान उनके पेड़-पौधों को नुकसान पहुंचाया गया है।
कामडारा प्रखंड के ग्राम विकमा के ग्रामीणों ने एस.पी.जी. प्राथमिक विद्यालय, बिकमा की भूमि पर अवैध कब्जा एवं घेराबंदी रोकने के संबंध में आवेदन दिया। ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि विद्यालय की भूमि पर कब्जा किए जाने से बच्चों की पढ़ाई प्रभावित हो रही है।
विशुनपुर प्रखंड के ग्राम कोयनारटोली निवासी गोपाल बड़ाईक, भूतपूर्व हवलदार (16 बिहार रेजिमेंट) द्वारा पेंशन से संबंधित आवश्यक प्रमाण पत्र निर्गत कराने हेतु आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया गया, ताकि उन्हें पेंशन का लाभ प्राप्त हो सके।
घाघरा प्रखंड अंतर्गत सोसो मौजा स्थित रोमन काथलिक मिशन चर्च, सोसो के प्रतिनिधियों द्वारा प्रस्तावित रेलवे लाइन सर्वे को लेकर आवेदन दिया गया, जिसमें धार्मिक एवं शैक्षणिक संस्थानों को प्रभावित होने से बचाने के लिए वैकल्पिक मार्ग पर विचार करने का अनुरोध किया गया।
बसिया प्रखंड के ग्राम रामडीह गरई टोली निवासी बबलू चीक बड़ाइक द्वारा चीक बड़ाइक जाति प्रमाण पत्र निर्गत कराने में हो रही कठिनाइयों के संबंध में आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया गया।
उपायुक्त ने सभी संबंधित विभागों को निर्देशित किया कि व्यक्तिगत आवेदनों पर त्वरित कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाए तथा प्रत्येक मामले का निष्पक्ष एवं संवेदनशीलता के साथ समाधान किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस आमजन की समस्याओं के समाधान का एक महत्वपूर्ण मंच है, जहाँ लोगों की समस्याओं को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर सुना और समाधान के लिए आवश्यक पहल की जाती है।
