​गुमला में सड़क सुरक्षा को लेकर बड़ी कार्रवाई: वाहन चेकिंग अभियान में वसूला ₹81,000 का जुर्माना

गुमला : – गुमला जिले में लगातार बढ़ती सड़क दुर्घटनाओं पर अंकुश लगाने के लिए जिला प्रशासन अब पूरी तरह से एक्शन मोड में आ गया है। मंगलवार को जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी (DTO) ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल के नेतृत्व में गुमला-रांची मार्ग पर एक सघन वाहन चेकिंग अभियान चलाया गया। इस अभियान से नियम तोड़ने वाले वाहन चालकों में हड़कंप मच गया।
​जुर्माने के साथ सख्त हिदायत
​अभियान के दौरान यातायात नियमों का उल्लंघन करने वाले विभिन्न वाहनों को रोककर उनकी गहन जांच की गई। इस कार्रवाई के तहत कुल 81,000 रुपये का जुर्माना वसूला गया। डीटीओ ने स्पष्ट किया कि यह अभियान केवल राजस्व संग्रह के लिए नहीं, बल्कि लोगों की जान बचाने के उद्देश्य से चलाया जा रहा है।
​इन नियमों के उल्लंघन पर रही कड़ी नज़र
​परिवहन विभाग की टीम ने मुख्य रूप से निम्नलिखित बिंदुओं पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया:

*​अपूर्ण दस्तावेज: बिना ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, इंश्योरेंस, फिटनेस परमिट और प्रदूषण प्रमाण पत्र (PUC) के चल रहे वाहनों पर कार्रवाई की गई।*

*मालवाहकों की तेज रफ्तार और ओवरलोडिंग पर प्रहार*
*क्षमता से अधिक माल ढोने वाले ट्रक, हाइवा और पिकअप वाहनों को पकड़ा गया, जो अक्सर बड़ी दुर्घटनाओं का कारण बनते हैं।*
*​अभियान के दौरान डीटीओ ने विशेष रूप से भारी वाहनों और मालवाहकों पर नकेल कसी। उन्होंने सख्त निर्देश दिए कि मालवाहक वाहन चालक सड़कों पर तेज गति (Over-speeding) से गाड़ी न चलाएं। अक्सर देखा जाता है कि ट्रक और हाइवा जैसे वाहन तेज रफ्तार के कारण अपना संतुलन खो देते हैं, जिससे भीषण दुर्घटनाएं होती हैं। टीम ने ऐसे कई वाहनों को रोककर उनके चालकों को चेतावनी दी और ओवर-स्पीडिंग के लिए चालान भी काटा।*

*​प्रेशर हॉर्न का प्रयोग: ध्वनि प्रदूषण फैलाने वाले और प्रतिबंधित प्रेशर हॉर्न व मल्टी-टोन हॉर्न का उपयोग करने वाले चालकों पर शिकंजा कसा गया।*

​”वाहन चेकिंग का उद्देश्य जिले की सड़कों को सुरक्षित बनाना है। नियमों का उल्लंघन न केवल कानूनन अपराध है, बल्कि यह दूसरों की जान को भी जोखिम में डालता है। यह अभियान निरंतर जारी रहेगा।” उन्होंने
​जागरूकता पर भी दिया जोर
​कार्रवाई के दौरान डीटीओ ने केवल चालान ही नहीं काटा, बल्कि स्वयं चालकों को सड़क सुरक्षा के प्रति जागरूक भी किया। उन्होंने चालकों को समझाया कि एक छोटी सी लापरवाही परिवार को भारी नुकसान पहुँचा सकती है। मौके पर उपस्थित लोगों को यातायात के संकेतों और नियमों के पालन की शपथ भी दिलाई गई।
