तुलबुल में सरना स्थल को लेकर विवाद, ग्रामीणों ने एसडीएम को सौंपा आवेदन

गोमिया__गोमिया प्रखंड के तुलबुल गांव में सरना स्थल को लेकर दो पक्षों के बीच विवाद उत्पन्न हो गया है। मामले को लेकर दर्जनों महिला-पुरुष बेरमो अनुमंडल कार्यालय पहुंचकर अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी मुकेश मछुवा को सैकड़ों हस्ताक्षरयुक्त आवेदन सौंपते हुए संबंधित भूमि को कब्जा मुक्त कराने की मांग की।
ग्रामीणों ने आवेदन में बताया कि वर्षों से उनके पूर्वज तुलबुल में खाता संख्या 86, प्लॉट संख्या 2081 (रकबा 70 डिसमिल) तथा प्लॉट संख्या 1993 (रकबा 1.51 एकड़) स्थित स्थल पर सरना पूजा-अर्चना करते आ रहे हैं। यह स्थान गांव का पारंपरिक सरना स्थल रहा है, जहां आदिवासी समुदाय के लोग हर वर्ष धार्मिक अनुष्ठान करते हैं।
ग्रामीणों का आरोप है कि पिछले वर्ष से तुलबुल के टोला मेरलघुटू निवासी बदन मांझी (पिता स्व. सूर्यलाल मांझी), बिहारी मांझी, सानू मरांडी एवं अन्य लोगों द्वारा उक्त भूमि पर अपना दावा किया जा रहा है। साथ ही वहां घर निर्माण कार्य भी शुरू कर दिया गया है, जिससे विवाद की स्थिति उत्पन्न हो गई है।
मामले की जानकारी मिलने पर अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी मुकेश मछुवा ने वस्तुस्थिति को देखते हुए अंचल अधिकारी को भूमि की जांच कर रिपोर्ट देने का निर्देश दिया। साथ ही उन्होंने दोनों पक्षों से शांति बनाए रखने तथा आगामी 16 मार्च को आयोजित होने वाले सरहुल महोत्सव को आपसी सद्भाव के साथ धूमधाम से मनाने का अनुरोध किया।
इस मौके पर मांझी बाबा सरना समिति के अध्यक्ष भगवान दास मांझी, शिवलाल सोरेन, बबीता देवी, बाबूचंद सोरेन सहित दर्जनों ग्रामीण उपस्थित थे।
