गुमला में 24 FPO एवं कोऑपरेटिव के सशक्तिकरण हेतु कार्यशाला आयोजित

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार जिला प्रशासन, JSLPS, NABARD एवं PRADAN के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में गुमला में कार्यरत 24 किसान उत्पादक संगठनों (FPO) एवं कोऑपरेटिव के लिए एक दिवसीय कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यशाला का उद्देश्य किसानों के संगठनों को मजबूत बनाना, शेयरधारकों की संख्या बढ़ाना, व्यवसायिक योजनाओं का प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन सुनिश्चित करना तथा सरकारी योजनाओं से अधिकाधिक जोड़ना था।

कार्यशाला में JSLPS, JOHAR परियोजना, PRADAN, JTDS एवं NABARD द्वारा पोषित गुमला जिले के कुल 24 FPO के बोर्ड मेंबर एवं सीईओ ने भाग लिया। कार्यक्रम में किसान उत्पादक संगठनों के संचालन, ऋण एवं इक्विटी ग्रांट से संबंधित प्रक्रियाओं, संस्थागत प्रबंधन तथा वित्तीय सुदृढ़ीकरण के विभिन्न पहलुओं पर विस्तृत चर्चा की गई।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान प्रतिभागियों ने अपने-अपने FPO के कार्यों एवं अनुभवों को साझा किया तथा आपसी सहयोग एवं समन्वय को और सुदृढ़ बनाने पर जोर दिया। साथ ही FPO को बाजार से जोड़ने, व्यावसायिक दृष्टिकोण को मजबूत करने तथा किसानों की आय बढ़ाने की दिशा में आवश्यक रणनीतियों पर विचार-विमर्श किया गया।
इस अवसर पर उप विकास आयुक्त गुमला दिलेश्वर महतो, NABARD के DDM रवि शंकर, गुमला की DCO माधुरी, पशुपालन विभाग से डॉ. मयूर, JTDS के DPM प्रमुदित दुंगदुंग, JSLPS के DPM शैलेन्द्र जारिका तथा PRADAN के मेराज सहित अन्य पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
कार्यक्रम में DCO गुमला एवं NABARD के DDM ने FPO के विकास के लिए आवश्यक रणनीतियों, बैंकिंग सहयोग तथा सहकारी अधिनियम से संबंधित महत्वपूर्ण जानकारियाँ साझा कीं। उन्होंने FPO को वित्तीय रूप से सशक्त बनाने एवं संस्थागत मजबूती पर विशेष बल दिया।
कार्यक्रम के समापन पर उप विकास आयुक्त (DDC) गुमला दिलेश्वर महतो ने उपस्थित सभी प्रतिभागियों का उत्साहवर्धन करते हुए कहा कि जिले में FPO के सशक्तिकरण के लिए जिला प्रशासन हर संभव सहयोग प्रदान करेगा। उन्होंने किसानों के सामूहिक प्रयासों को ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था को मजबूत करने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण कदम बताया।
इस अवसर पर जिले में कार्यरत 9 FPO को पिछले वित्तीय वर्ष में विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में बेहतर प्रदर्शन के लिए प्रशस्ति पत्र प्रदान कर सम्मानित किया गया।
