गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों के अनुपालन एवं जनस्वास्थ्य की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर आज खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी के नेतृत्व में गुमला शहर के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में खाद्य प्रतिष्ठानों सघन निरीक्षण अभियान चलाया गया।
निरीक्षण के दौरान डीएसपी रोड स्थित विशाल भंडार सहित कई अन्य दुकानों एवं प्रतिष्ठानों की जांच की गई। जांच के क्रम में दुकानों में रखे खाद्य पदार्थों की गुणवत्ता, साफ-सफाई, भंडारण व्यवस्था तथा लाइसेंस से संबंधित दस्तावेजों की भी जांच की गई। इस दौरान हल्दी, धनिया एवं सूजी के नमूने संग्रहित कर जांच के लिए राज्य खाद्य प्रयोगशाला भेजे गए हैं।
खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी ने बताया कि नमूनों की रिपोर्ट आने के बाद यदि खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों का उल्लंघन पाया जाता है तो संबंधित प्रतिष्ठानों के खिलाफ खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम 2006 के तहत आवश्यक कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
उन्होंने सभी खाद्य व्यवसाय संचालकों को निर्देश दिया कि वे खाद्य पदार्थों की गुणवत्ता बनाए रखें, साफ-सफाई का विशेष ध्यान दें तथा बिना लाइसेंस के खाद्य सामग्री का कारोबार न करें। साथ ही आम लोगों से भी अपील की गई कि यदि कहीं मिलावटी या असुरक्षित खाद्य पदार्थों की बिक्री की सूचना मिले तो इसकी जानकारी तुरंत खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग को दें।
विभाग द्वारा बताया गया कि त्योहारों एवं गर्मी के मौसम को देखते हुए आने वाले दिनों में भी जिले में खाद्य सुरक्षा जांच अभियान लगातार जारी रहेगा, ताकि आम लोगों को सुरक्षित और शुद्ध खाद्य सामग्री उपलब्ध हो सके।
