गोमिया — गोमिया प्रखंड अंतर्गत तुलबुल पंचायत में आदिवासी जनजातीय समाज द्वारा प्रकृति पर्व सरहुल महापर्व बड़े ही धूमधाम एवं पारंपरिक रीति-रिवाज के साथ मनाया गया। इस अवसर पर सरना स्थल पर विधिवत पूजा-अर्चना की गई तथा क्षेत्र में उत्सव का माहौल देखने को मिला।
कार्यक्रम में मुख्य रूप से जिला परिषद अध्यक्ष श्रीमती सुनीता देवी शामिल हुईं। यहां पहुंचने पर ग्रामीणों एवं समाज के लोगों ने उनका फूल-माला पहनाकर गर्मजोशी के साथ स्वागत किया।
इस अवसर पर अपने संबोधन में जिप अध्यक्ष सुनीता देवी ने कहा कि सरहुल पर्व आदिवासी समाज की संस्कृति, परंपरा और प्रकृति के प्रति आस्था का प्रतीक है। यह पर्व प्रकृति की रक्षा करने और समाज में भाईचारा बनाए रखने का संदेश देता है। उन्होंने कहा कि आदिवासी समाज की समृद्ध परंपराओं को संरक्षित रखना हम सभी की जिम्मेदारी है।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान पारंपरिक नृत्य-गीत भी प्रस्तुत किए गए, जिसमें बड़ी संख्या में महिला-पुरुष शामिल हुए। मौके पर पंचायत के जनप्रतिनिधि, समाज के गणमान्य लोग एवं ग्रामीण उपस्थित थे।
