विश्व जल दिवस के आयोजन के साथ जल महोत्सव पखवाड़ा का हुआ समापन

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय स्थित सूचनाभवन सभागार में जिला स्तरीय “विश्व जल दिवस सह जल महोत्सव पखवाड़ा” का समापन कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ मुख्य अतिथि द्वारा दीप प्रज्ज्वलन के साथ हुआ, जिसमें पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता प्रमंडल गुमला के कार्यपालक अभियंता, सहायक अभियंता, कनीय अभियंता, जिला समन्वयक, मुखिया, नल जल मित्र एवं जल सहिया की गरिमामय उपस्थिति रही। अतिथियों का स्वागत पुष्पगुच्छ प्रदान कर किया गया।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान विभिन्न प्रखंडों से आए जलसहियाओं द्वारा जल महोत्सव पखवाड़ा (08 मार्च से 22 मार्च 2026) के अंतर्गत संचालित गतिविधियों—जैसे जल गुणवत्ता परीक्षण ( एफटीके ), जल स्रोतों की सफाई, जन-जागरूकता अभियान एवं जल संरक्षण प्रयास—की जानकारी प्रखंडवार साझा की गई। जिला समन्वयक सूर्यकांत सुमन द्वारा विश्व जल दिवस का परिचय,जल महोत्सव पखवाड़ा का उद्देश्य,जल जीवन मिशन में पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता विभाग की भूमिका, गुमला जिले में किए गए कार्य, जल संरक्षण का महत्व, समुदाय की भूमिका एवं सामुदायिक सहभागिता पर प्रकाश डाला गया।

इस अवसर पर उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने वाले जलसहिया, मुखिया एवं नल जल मित्रों को शाल एवं प्रशस्ती पत्र देकर सम्मानित किया गया। कार्यक्रम के अंत में कार्यपालक अभियंता के संबोधन के साथ जल संरक्षण के प्रति सामूहिक शपथ लेते हुए कार्यक्रम का सफल समापन किया गया।
