गुमला में बाल विवाह मुक्त झारखंड अभियान के तहत शिक्षकों का जिला स्तरीय प्रशिक्षण आयोजित

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार आज गुमला जिले में बाल विवाह मुक्त झारखंड अभियान के अंतर्गत जिला स्तरीय शिक्षकों का प्रशिक्षण कार्यशाला सफलतापूर्वक आयोजित किया गया। इस प्रशिक्षण का उद्देश्य शिक्षकों को बाल विवाह की रोकथाम हेतु तकनीकी एवं व्यवहारिक समझ प्रदान करना था, ताकि वे विद्यालय एवं समुदाय स्तर पर प्रभावी भूमिका निभा सकें।

उक्त कार्यशाला में जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों से लगभग 400 शिक्षक-शिक्षिकाओं की सहभागिता रही। कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी, गुमला द्वारा की गई, जबकि मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी, गुमला उपस्थित रहे। कार्यशाला में ब्लॉक प्रोग्राम ऑफिसर ओम प्रकाश दास, फेलो एभीए – नीति आयोग, मंटू रजक और एबीएफ, अंजलि तिवारी भी उपस्थिति भी रही।
कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ उपस्थित पदाधिकारियों एवं शिक्षकों द्वारा दीप प्रज्वलन एवं स्वागत के साथ किया गया।

मुख्य अतिथि जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि बाल विवाह एक गंभीर सामाजिक कुप्रथा है, जो बच्चों के भविष्य, शिक्षा एवं स्वास्थ्य पर नकारात्मक प्रभाव डालती है। उन्होंने बताया कि यह प्रथा बच्चों के अवसरों को छीन लेती है और उनके समग्र विकास में बाधा उत्पन्न करती है। उन्होंने कहा कि शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा प्रत्येक शनिवार को विद्यालयों में बाल विवाह के विरुद्ध नियमित रूप से जागरूकता सत्र आयोजित किए जाने की आवश्यकता है, ताकि बच्चों को समय-समय पर इस विषय में आवश्यक जानकारी मिलती रहे।

उन्होंने शिक्षकों की भूमिका पर जोर देते हुए कहा कि शिक्षक बच्चों के सबसे महत्वपूर्ण मार्गदर्शक एवं संपर्क बिंदु होते हैं। अतः उनकी जिम्मेदारी है कि वे बच्चों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करें तथा समाज में कहीं भी बाल विवाह की सूचना मिलने पर आवश्यक कदम उठाएं। उन्होंने विशेष रूप से छात्राओं की उपस्थिति एवं ड्रॉपआउट की नियमित निगरानी करने पर बल दिया तथा सभी शिक्षकों से जिले को बाल विवाह मुक्त बनाने में सक्रिय योगदान देने का आह्वान किया।

जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी ने अपने संबोधन में जमीनी स्तर की वास्तविकताओं को साझा करते हुए बताया कि जिला प्रशासन ने विभिन्न हस्तक्षेपों के माध्यम से कई बाल विवाहों को सफलतापूर्वक रोका जा सका है। उन्होंने कहा कि इन उदाहरणों को साझा करने का उद्देश्य शिक्षकों को यह समझाना है कि वर्तमान स्थिति क्या है और इससे प्रभावी तरीके से कैसे निपटा जा सकता है।

उन्होंने सरकार द्वारा संचालित विभिन्न योजनाओं जैसे सावित्रीबाई फुले किशोरी समृद्धि योजना आदि के बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी दी। साथ ही उन्होंने बताया कि जिला प्रशासन समय-समय पर जागरूकता अभियान एवं कार्यक्रमों के माध्यम से बाल विवाह उन्मूलन के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। उन्होंने शिक्षकों को समाज के प्रेरक के रूप में संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि उनकी भूमिका इस अभियान में अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है।

कार्यक्रम में किशोर न्याय बोर्ड, गुमला के सदस्य त्रिभुवन शर्मा द्वारा लगभग 1 घंटा 30 मिनट का विस्तृत एवं तकनीकी प्रशिक्षण सत्र आयोजित किया गया। इस प्रशिक्षण में बाल विवाह से संबंधित कानून (बाल विवाह निषेध अधिनियम), बच्चों के अधिकार, रिपोर्टिंग की प्रक्रिया, केस हैंडलिंग, एवं रोकथाम के व्यावहारिक उपायों पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई। साथ ही शिक्षकों को यह भी बताया गया कि किसी संभावित बाल विवाह की स्थिति में वे किस प्रकार प्रशासन, चाइल्डलाइन, पुलिस एवं संबंधित विभागों के साथ समन्वय स्थापित कर सकते हैं।

प्रशिक्षण के दौरान केस स्टडी, उदाहरण एवं इंटरैक्टिव चर्चा के माध्यम से शिक्षकों को व्यवहारिक ज्ञान प्रदान किया गया, जिससे वे अपने-अपने क्षेत्र में अधिक प्रभावी तरीके से हस्तक्षेप कर सकें।

कार्यक्रम के अंत में ओपन मंच सत्र आयोजित किया गया, जिसमें चार शिक्षकों ने अपने क्षेत्र के अनुभव साझा किए। उन्होंने बताया कि किस प्रकार उन्होंने अपने प्रयासों से बाल विवाह को रोका तथा किन-किन चुनौतियों का सामना करना पड़ा। सभी शिक्षकों ने जिला प्रशासन का आभार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि इस प्रकार का गहन एवं तकनीकी प्रशिक्षण उनके लिए अत्यंत उपयोगी रहा और इससे उन्हें नई सीख प्राप्त हुई।

यह प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम जिला समाज कल्याण विभाग, गुमला एवं एसोसिएशन फॉर वॉलंटरी एक्शन के संयुक्त सहयोग से आयोजित किया गया। जिला प्रशासन गुमला द्वारा बाल विवाह मुक्त जिला बनाने हेतु इस प्रकार के प्रयास निरंतर जारी रहेंगे।
