घरेलू रसोई गैस संकट के समाधान हेतु गुमला में शिकायत निवारण कोषांग का गठन

गुमला : – गुमला जिला में वर्तमान में अंतरराष्ट्रीय परिस्थितियों विशेषकर अमेरिका-ईरान के बीच उत्पन्न तनाव के कारण घरेलू/रसोई गैस आपूर्ति पर पड़े प्रभाव को देखते हुए आम उपभोक्ताओं की समस्याओं के त्वरित समाधान हेतु उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में, जिला प्रशासन, गुमला द्वारा रसोई गैस शिकायत निवारण कोषांग का गठन किया गया है।

यह कोषांग जिला स्थापना शाखा, गुमला में कार्यरत रहेगा, जहाँ आम नागरिक प्रतिदिन प्रातः 10:00 बजे से अपराह्न 5:00 बजे तक (राजपत्री/रविवारीय अवकाश को छोड़ कर) अपनी शिकायत दर्ज करा सकते हैं। प्राप्त शिकायतों का त्वरित निष्पादन सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा।
उपभोक्ता अपनी शिकायत दर्ज कराने हेतु निर्धारित मोबाइल नंबरों पर संपर्क कर सकते हैं अथवा राशन कार्ड की छायाप्रति के साथ अपना आवेदन सीधे कोषांग में जमा कर सकते हैं।
