रसोई गैस की कालाबाजारी रोकने हेतु सघन छापेमारी, कई स्थानों से घरेलू सिलेंडर जब्त

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त के निर्देश के आलोक में रसोई गैस की कालाबाजारी एवं उसके व्यावसायिक उपयोग पर रोक लगाने के उद्देश्य से प्रखंड आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी, गुमला सदर संगीता केरकेट्टा के नेतृत्व में एक विशेष टीम द्वारा सड़क किनारे स्थित ठेलों, ढाबों एवं होटलों में औचक छापेमारी एवं निरीक्षण अभियान चलाया गया।

विगत दिनों नियमित निरीक्षण के बावजूद बड़े प्रतिष्ठानों में घरेलू गैस सिलेंडर की बरामदगी नहीं हो रही थी। निरीक्षण के दौरान यह तथ्य सामने आया कि अधिकांश होटल एवं प्रतिष्ठान लकड़ी एवं कोयले के चूल्हों का उपयोग कर रहे हैं, जबकि कुछ छोटे प्रतिष्ठानों द्वारा इंडक्शन चूल्हों का भी उपयोग किया जा रहा है। इसी बीच स्थानीय स्तर पर प्राप्त शिकायतों के आधार पर सड़क किनारे संचालित ठेलों एवं छोटे होटलों में विशेष जांच की गई।
निरीक्षण के क्रम में एक्का फैमिली रेस्टॉरेंट एवं टी एंड स्नैक्स प्रतिष्ठान में किसी भी प्रकार का घरेलू गैस सिलेंडर नहीं पाया गया तथा वहां नियमानुसार कोयला चूल्हा एवं व्यावसायिक गैस सिलेंडर का उपयोग किया जा रहा था, जिन्हें क्लीन चिट प्रदान की गई।
वहीं, अज्ञात नामक एक प्रतिष्ठान (संचालक प्रकाश कुमार), अनिल चाट (संचालक अनिल) तथा दीपिका नाश्ता भंडार (संचालक बसंती देवी) में घरेलू गैस सिलेंडर (14.2 किलोग्राम) का व्यावसायिक उपयोग करते हुए रंगे हाथ पकड़ा गया। इन सभी मामलों में संबंधित सिलेंडरों को तत्काल जब्त कर लिया गया।
जब्त किए गए सभी सिलेंडरों को प्रखंड कार्यालय के सुरक्षित कक्ष में प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी के संरक्षण में रखा गया है तथा संबंधित व्यक्तियों के विरुद्ध आवश्यक विधिसम्मत कार्रवाई की प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ की जा रही है।
प्रशासन द्वारा स्पष्ट किया गया है कि घरेलू गैस सिलेंडर का व्यावसायिक उपयोग पूर्णतः प्रतिबंधित है तथा इस प्रकार की अनियमितताओं के विरुद्ध सघन छापेमारी अभियान आगे भी निरंतर जारी रहेगा।
