औरापाट मॉडल गांव में मशरूम परियोजना बनी सफलता की मिसाल, लाभुकों ने बढ़ाया उत्पादन

गुमला : – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित आकांक्षी प्रखंड डुमरी क्षेत्र के औरापाट मॉडल गांव में संचालित मशरूम आजीविका परियोजना अब एक सफल मॉडल के रूप में उभरकर सामने आई है। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के मार्गदर्शन में संचालित इस योजना ने न केवल ग्रामीणों को आय का सशक्त माध्यम उपलब्ध कराया है, बल्कि उन्हें आत्मनिर्भरता की दिशा में भी अग्रसर किया है।
परियोजना के प्रथम चरण में औरापाट मॉडल गांव के 45 परिवारों को जोड़ते हुए मशरूम उत्पादन की शुरुआत की गई थी। इस चरण में एपीपी एग्रीगेट के माध्यम से लगभग 6 से 7 लाख रुपये मूल्य के मशरूम का विपणन किया गया, जिसे लाभुकों से सीधे क्रय किया गया। इससे लाभुक परिवारों को तत्काल आर्थिक लाभ प्राप्त हुआ तथा बाजार की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित हुई।
इस पहल की सफलता का प्रमाण यह है कि अब दूसरे चरण में लाभुक स्वयं अपने संसाधनों से उत्पादन किट क्रय कर मशरूम की खेती कर रहे हैं। इससे यह स्पष्ट होता है कि योजना के प्रति लाभुकों का विश्वास बढ़ा है तथा वे इसे स्थायी आजीविका के रूप में अपना रहे हैं।
लाभुक परिवारों ने बताया कि कम लागत, सीमित स्थान एवं कम समय में बेहतर आय प्राप्त होने के कारण मशरूम उत्पादन उनके लिए अत्यंत लाभकारी सिद्ध हो रहा है। वर्तमान में कई परिवार लगातार दूसरे चरण का उत्पादन कर अपनी आय में वृद्धि कर रहे हैं।
जिला प्रशासन द्वारा संचालित इस योजना के अंतर्गत तकनीकी सहयोग, प्रशिक्षण एवं विपणन की सुदृढ़ व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की गई है, जिससे ग्रामीणों को निरंतर मार्गदर्शन प्राप्त हो रहा है।
यह पहल अब जिले में आजीविका संवर्धन का एक सफल मॉडल बन चुकी है, जिससे अन्य क्षेत्रों के लाभुक भी प्रेरित हो रहे हैं। प्रशासन द्वारा भविष्य में इस मॉडल का विस्तार करते हुए अधिक से अधिक परिवारों को जोड़ने की दिशा में कार्य किया जा रहा है।
