उपायुक्त के निर्देश पर अवैध बालू भण्डारण पर कार्रवाई, 40,000 घनफीट बालू जब्त

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर दिनांक 02.04.2026 को प्रातः लगभग 09:20 बजे घाघरा थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत मौजा डुको में अवैध उत्खनन, भण्डारण एवं परिवहन के विरुद्ध जिला टास्कफोर्स (खनन) द्वारा औचक जाँच एवं छापेमारी की गई।

यह कार्रवाई अनुमण्डल पदाधिकारी राजीव नीरज की अध्यक्षता में अंचल अधिकारी, खान निरीक्षक, थाना प्रभारी एवं सशस्त्र बलों की उपस्थिति में की गई।
जाँच के दौरान खाता संख्या-42, प्लॉट संख्या-687 में लगभग 30,000 घनफीट एवं खाता संख्या-108, प्लॉट संख्या-691 में लगभग 10,000 घनफीट, कुल लगभग 40,000 घनफीट अवैध बालू भण्डारित पाया गया, जिसे जब्त कर लिया गया।
उक्त कृत्य से सरकारी राजस्व की क्षति हो रही है तथा यह खान एवं खनिज (विकास एवं विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1957 एवं झारखण्ड लघु खनिज समनुदान नियमावली, 2004 सहित अन्य प्रावधानों का उल्लंघन है।
इस संबंध में अज्ञात व्यक्तियों एवं संबंधित भूमि स्वामी के विरुद्ध प्राथमिकी दर्ज कर विधिसम्मत कार्रवाई की जा रही है।
जिला प्रशासन ने स्पष्ट किया है कि अवैध खनन के विरुद्ध अभियान आगे भी लगातार जारी रहेगा।
