असम में आसान नहीं झामुमो की राह, भाजपा-झामुमो के गठबंधन के आसार ने कांग्रेस को किया हलकान  

रांची : बिहार में भाजपा का मंसूबा पूरा हो गया. सवर्ण राजनीति को चुनौती देने वाले धराशायी हो गये. निकट भविष्य में उनके फिर से खड़े होने के आसार नहीं. हां, केंद्र में भाजपा का पतन हो जाये तो शायद फिर से वह खेमा नये कलेवर में उठ खड़ा हो. लेकिन तत्काल इसके आसार नहीं दिखते. वैसे बिहार की राजनीति में अभी सीएम का पेंच फंसा हुआ है. इसलिए चंद दिनों में उलटफेर की संभावना से भी इंकार नहीं किया जा सकता.

अब भाजपा की आंखों में चुभता हुआ झारखंड रह गया है. लेकिन इस बार ईडी, सीबीआई, वाला पैतरा काम नहीं आया है. लिहाजा एक नई कहानी बुनी जा रही है. वह है किसी तरह महागठबंधन को ही तोड़ना. कांग्रेस विधायकों को तोड़ कर यह काम भाजपा कर सकती है. लेकिन उससे तो झामुमो की उम्र बढ़ जायेगी. कोशिश यह कि जिस तरह नीतीश को आगे कर पूरी पार्टी ही खा गयी भाजपा, अब वही तरीका यहां आजमाया जा रहा है.

अभी झारखंड में सरकारी राहत की राजनीति कायम है

असम में भाजपा हार गयी तो शायद वह प्रयास विफल हो जाये, वरना मान कर चलिए कि झारखंड में राजनीति बदलने वाली है. क्या झामुमो के शीर्ष नेताओं को इस बात का एहसास होने लगा है कि केंद्र में भाजपा सरकार अभी जाने वाली नहीं है. फिर कब तक केंद्र से लड़ाई मोल ली जाये. केंद्र ने राज्य का पैसा रोक रखा है वित्तीय संकट गहराता जा रहा है. इस तरह तो पूरा कार्यकाल इसी रस्साकशी में बीत जायेगा. क्यों न भाजपा के साथ मिल कर डबल इंजन की सरकार यहां भी चले. जनता का भी भला और नेताओं का भी. राज्यसभा में कुछ नेताओं को भेज कर केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल में भी जगह पायी जा सकती है. वैसे, भी जल, जंगल, जमीन का संघर्ष नेपथ्य में चला गया है. सरकारी राहत की राजनीति चल रही है. जनता भी खुश और विकास के लुभावने नारे तो हैं ही!

इसलिए चुनावी राजनीति के बहाने झामुमो कांग्रेस से मान-सम्मान की लड़ाई लड़ने लगी है. बिहार में बड़ा अपमानित किया है कांग्रेस ने पार्टी को. अब असम चुनाव में उन्हें उनकी औकात बता दी जायेगी. झारखंडी जनता को भी इस लड़ाई में मजा आ रहा है. पता नहीं इक्का-दुक्का सीट भी झामुमो असम में जीत पायेगी या नहीं, कांग्रेस के मंसूबों पर पानी तो फेर सकती है.

चाय बागान में काम करनेवालों पर हेमंत को भरोसा

हालांकि असम के चुनावी खबरों में अभी झामुमो का नाम कहीं दिख नहीं रहा है. भाजपा और कांग्रेस के बीच ही टक्कर है. असम के प्रवासी गैर आदिवासी हिंदू भाजपा के साथ हैं. मुसलमान कांग्रेस के साथ जायें. आदिवासी कम हैं. उसमें सबसे ज्यादा आबादी बोडो आदिवासियों की है. वे भाजपा के साथ ही हैं. झामुमो को उम्मीद है तो झारखंड से गये वहां चाय बागान में काम करने वाले आदिवासियों पर, जो एसटी बनाये जाने की मांग कर रहे हैं. यह वोट भी भाजपा को ही मिला है पिछले चुनाव में. लेकिन इस बार इसका एक हिस्सा कांग्रेस को जा सकता था. झामुमो यहीं कांग्रेस को चूना लगा कर अपना प्रतिशोध पूरा करना चाहती है.

अब इतनी तक तो बात समझ में आती है. लेकिन आशंका व्यक्त की जा रही है कि इस कुश्ती के बहाने झामुमो कांग्रेस से पगहा तुड़ा कर भाजपा के साथ जाना चाहती है. बस प्रयास यह हो रहा है कि बदनामी उनके सर न जाये.

सूत्रों का तो यहां तक कहना है कि भाजपा के गेम प्लान का हिस्सा बन कर ही झामुमो असम के चुनावी जंग में उतरी है, वह भी चुनाव के महज एक दो महीने पहले. अब ईडी, सीबीआई तो हेमंत को तोड़ने में कामयाब नहीं हुई, भाजपा का यह मीठा गेम प्लान कामयाब होता है या नहीं, यह आने वाले कुछ महीनों में पता चल जायेगा. लेकिन भाजपा का झामुमो के साथ जाना भी इतना आसान नहीं है.
