100 दिवसीय टीबी मुक्त अभियान के तहत मंडल कारा गुमला में विशेष आयुष्मान आरोग्य शिविर का आयोजन

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में 100 दिवसीय टीबी मुक्त अभियान 2026 के अंतर्गत आज गुरुवार को मंडल कारा, गुमला में विशेष आयुष्मान आरोग्य शिविर का आयोजन किया गया। शिविर में कारा में निरुद्ध बंदियों का टीबी स्क्रीनिंग किया गया तथा ऑन-द-स्पॉट पोर्टेबल एक्स-रे मशीन के माध्यम से जांच सुनिश्चित की गई।

शिविर के दौरान मंडल कारा गुमला को उच्च जोखिम क्षेत्र मानते हुए सभी बंदियों का क्रमवार एक्स-रे परीक्षण किया गया, ताकि संभावित टीबी मरीजों की समय पर पहचान कर उन्हें शीघ्र उपचार उपलब्ध कराया जा सके। इसके साथ ही बंदियों एवं कारा में कार्यरत कर्मियों का ब्लड प्रेशर, शुगर, हीमोग्लोबिन, एचआईवी एवं बलगम जांच भी की गई।

आयुष्मान आरोग्य शिविर का शुभारंभ जेल अधीक्षक गोपाल चंद्र महतो द्वारा एक्स-रे जांच के साथ किया गया।
इस अवसर पर जिला यक्ष्मा पदाधिकारी डॉ. के.के. मिश्रा, जेल अधीक्षक मंडल कारा गुमला, डॉ. क्रिस्टो मंगल बोदरा (प्रभारी चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी, गुमला), विनय कुमार गुप्ता (डीपीसी), सुधांशु भूषण मिश्रा (वरीय उपचार पर्यवेक्षक), राजेश उरांव (वरीय यक्ष्मा प्रयोगशाला पर्यवेक्षक), यूपीएचसी गुमला के सुब्रतो शाहा एवं पोर्टेबल एक्स-रे तकनीशियन उपेंद्र साहू उपस्थित रहे। साथ ही सपोर्ट संस्था ‘रीच’ की राखी कुमारी का भी सहयोग रहा।

शिविर के दौरान कारा परिसर में यक्ष्मा जागरूकता कार्यक्रम का आयोजन भी किया गया। कार्यक्रम में जिला यक्ष्मा पदाधिकारी द्वारा बंदियों को यक्ष्मा के लक्षण, संक्रमण के कारण, जांच की प्रक्रिया, उपचार एवं दवा सेवन के संबंध में विस्तृत जानकारी दी गई। उन्होंने बताया कि टीबी एक पूर्णतः उपचार योग्य रोग है, यदि समय पर पहचान एवं नियमित दवा सेवन सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

कार्यक्रम में जेल अधीक्षक द्वारा सभी अधिकारियों एवं स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों का स्वागत करते हुए इस पहल को सराहनीय बताया गया। उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसे स्वास्थ्य शिविरों से बंदियों में स्वास्थ्य एवं स्वच्छता के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ती है, जिससे वे स्वस्थ रहकर समाज के सकारात्मक निर्माण में योगदान दे सकते हैं।

जिला प्रशासन एवं स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा इस प्रकार के सतत प्रयासों के माध्यम से गुमला जिले को टीबी मुक्त बनाने की दिशा में ठोस कदम उठाए जा रहे हैं।
