प्राकृतिक खेती को मिल रहा बढ़ावा, हलमती गांव बना मॉडल

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश एवं मार्गदर्शन में जिला प्रशासन द्वारा प्रदान संस्था के द्वारा प्रखंड घाघरा अंतर्गत हलमती गांव में प्राकृतिक खेती को बढ़ावा देने की दिशा में उल्लेखनीय पहल की जा रही है। यह पहल राष्ट्रीय प्राकृतिक खेती मिशन के अंतर्गत उद्यान विभाग एवं प्रदान संस्था के समन्वय से संचालित हो रही है।

इस पहल के तहत 22 लाभुक परिवारों को सब्जी बीज उपलब्ध कराए गए और 5 अन्य परिवारों को ग्लैडियोलस फूल की खेती हेतु रोपण सामग्री प्रदान की गई, जिससे फसल विविधीकरण को प्रोत्साहन मिला। इसके अतिरिक्त 125 किसानों को जीवामृत तैयार करने हेतु ड्रम उपलब्ध कराए गए तथा 15 परिवारों को वर्मी बेड प्रदान कर जैविक खाद उत्पादन को बढ़ावा दिया गया।

इन प्रयासों का सकारात्मक प्रभाव गांव में स्पष्ट रूप से देखा जा रहा है। सभी 22 लाभुक परिवार सक्रिय रूप से सब्जी उत्पादन कर रहे हैं, जिससे स्थानीय स्तर पर ताजे एवं पौष्टिक खाद्य पदार्थों की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित हो रही है। वहीं, वितरित ड्रमों का उपयोग जीवामृत निर्माण में तथा वर्मी बेड के माध्यम से गुणवत्तापूर्ण वर्मी कम्पोस्ट उत्पादन में किया जा रहा है।

किसानों को नियमित प्रशिक्षण एवं सतत तकनीकी सहयोग प्रदान किया जा रहा है, जिससे उनकी क्षमता में वृद्धि हुई है और प्राकृतिक खेती के प्रति स्थायी रूझान विकसित हुआ है।

इस पहल का एक महत्वपूर्ण परिणाम वर्मी कम्पोस्ट के माध्यम से अतिरिक्त आय के अवसर के रूप में सामने आया है। लाभुक परिवार अपनी आवश्यकताओं की पूर्ति के साथ-साथ अतिरिक्त 5-6 क्विंटल वर्मी कम्पोस्ट का उत्पादन कर रहे हैं, जिससे आगामी खरीफ मौसम में प्रति परिवार ₹6,000 से ₹8,000 तक की अतिरिक्त आय होने की संभावना है।

इस परिवर्तन में महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों की भूमिका अत्यंत सराहनीय रही है। महिलाएं न केवल सब्जी उत्पादन में सक्रिय भागीदारी निभा रही हैं, बल्कि स्थानीय बाजारों में उत्पादों की बिक्री कर अपनी आय में वृद्धि एवं आर्थिक आत्मनिर्भरता को भी सशक्त बना रही हैं।
