मंत्री ने विकास योजनाओं की समीक्षा के दौरान अधिकारियों को दिए कड़े निर्देश, भूअर्जन से जुड़े मामलों में कैम्प लगाकर भुगतान का दिया आदेश

देवघर : झारखंड के जल संसाधन विभाग और अल्पसंख्यक कल्याण विभाग के मंत्री हफीजूल हसन की अध्यक्षता में मधुपुर विधानसभा क्षेत्र अंतर्गत चल रहे कार्यों व योजनाओं की समीक्षा बैठक का आयोजन प्रखंड सभागार मधुपुर में किया गया। बैठक से पूर्व उपायुक्त सह जिला दंडाधिकारी नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा ने बुके प्रदान कर मंत्री हफीजूल हसन का स्वागत किया।

बैठक के दौरान मंत्री ने 20 चिन्हित परियोजनाओं की विस्तृत समीक्षा करते हुए अधिकारियों को भू-अर्जन से संबंधित मुआवजा भुगतान में किसी भी प्रकार की शिथिलता बर्दाश्त नहीं करने की बात कही. इससे अधिकारियों में हड़कंप मच गया.  उन्होंने अधिकारियों से कहा कि ‘पंचायतवार कैंप’ लगाकर रैयतों को उनके हक की राशि पारदर्शी तरीके से जल्द दें.

मंत्री ने टोल टैक्स के नाम पर अवैध वसूली की शिकायतों को गंभीरता लिया

नगर परिषद क्षेत्र में टोल टैक्स के नाम पर अवैध वसूली की शिकायतों को गंभीरता से लेते हुए मंत्री ने अधिकारियों को सख्त लहजे में चेताया. उन्होंने कहा कि प्रत्येक टोल नाके पर वाहन श्रेणी एवं निर्धारित शुल्क का बोर्ड प्रमुखता से लगाया जाए। साथ ही उन्होंने निर्देशों की अवहेलना करने वालों पर कड़ी कार्रवाई की चेतावनी दी।

समीक्षा बैठक के दौरान मंत्री हफीजूल हसन ने बढ़ती गर्मी के मद्देनजर पेयजलापूर्ति व्यवस्था को सुदृढ़ करने का निर्देश संबंधित कार्यपालक अभियंता को दिया। साथ ही पेयजल संकट से निपटने हेतु डीप बोरिंग एवं जल मीनार मरम्मत कार्य में तेजी लाने के निर्देश दिया।

उन्होंने ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में निर्बाध बिजली आपूर्ति हेतु जर्जर तारों को बदलने और पोल शिफ्टिंग के लंबित मामलों को समय सीमा के भीतर पूर्ण करने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया। इसके अलावा मंत्री ने स्वास्थ्य विभाग को निर्देश दिया कि ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के उप-स्वास्थ्य केंद्र ससमय व शत-प्रतिशत खुले, इसका विशेष रूप से ध्यान रखें।

इसके अतिरिक्त, पेंशन, जाति प्रमाण पत्र एवं अन्य राजस्व मामलों का निपटारा प्राथमिकता के आधार पर करने का निर्देश दिया, ताकि आम जनता को सरकारी कार्यालयों के अनावश्यक चक्कर न लगाने पड़ें। उन्होंने नए वित्त वर्ष की राशि का सदुपयोग सुनिश्चित करने के लिए योजनाओं की स्वीकृति के लिए एनओसी की प्रक्रिया को तेज करने और ‘ग्रीन गोला’ की सरकारी भूमि को सुरक्षित करने का निर्देश संबंधित अधिकारियों को दिया।

बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त पीयूष सिन्हा, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी मधुपुर राजीव कुमार, जिला भूअर्जन पदाधिकारी, संबंधित प्रखंड के प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, अंचलाधिकारी, सहायक जनसंपर्क पदाधिकारी, विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी आदि उपस्थित थे।
