झारखंड पेरेंट्स एसोसिएशन की पहल पर निजी स्कूलों की मनमानी फीस पर डीसी सख्त

रांची :  रांची के उपायुक्त मंजूनाथ भजंत्री एवं निजी स्कूल प्रबंधन के साथ सोमवार को हुई संयुक्त बैठक के बाद जिले के अभिभावकों के बीच न्याय मिलने की एक नई उम्मीद जगी है। बैठक में निजी विद्यालयों द्वारा की जा रही मनमानी शुल्क वृद्धि एवं विभिन्न मदों में वसूले जा रहे अतिरिक्त शुल्क पर गंभीरता से चर्चा की गई तथा उपायुक्त ने इस दिशा में ठोस पहल किए जाने के संकेत दिए हैं।

ज्ञात हो कि रांची जिले के अधिकांश निजी विद्यालयों द्वारा प्रत्येक वर्ष री-एडमिशन फीस, एनुअल चार्ज, डेवलपमेंट फंड, बिल्डिंग फंड, मिसलेनियस चार्ज सहित कई अन्य मदों में अभिभावकों से भारी-भरकम राशि वसूली जा रही है। इसके अतिरिक्त, स्कूल प्रबंधन द्वारा निर्धारित दुकानों से ही किताबें खरीदने का दबाव बनाया जाता है, जिससे अभिभावकों की आर्थिक परेशानी और बढ़ जाती है।

निजी स्कूलों में फीस निर्धारण समिति का गठन हो

इस संबंध में झारखंड पेरेंट्स एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष श्री अजय राय ने कहा कि रांची उपायुक्त की पहल से अभिभावकों में भरोसा जगा है कि अब उन्हें निजी स्कूलों की मनमानी से राहत मिलेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि यदि झारखंड शिक्षा न्यायाधिकरण (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2017 को ईमानदारीपूर्वक लागू कराया जाता है, तो निश्चित रूप से अभिभावकों को न्याय मिलेगा और स्कूलों की मनमानी पर लगाम लगेगी।

श्री राय ने जिला प्रशासन से मांग है कि सभी निजी विद्यालयों में फीस निर्धारण समिति का गठन अनिवार्य रूप से सुनिश्चित किया जाए। किसी भी प्रकार की शुल्क वृद्धि से पूर्व अभिभावकों की सहमति और समिति की अनुमति अनिवार्य की जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि नए सत्र शुरू होने से पहले किताबों की सूची विद्यालय की वेबसाइट पर सार्वजनिक की जाए तथा अभिभावकों को कहीं से भी किताब खरीदने की स्वतंत्रता दी जाए। झारखंड पेरेंट्स एसोसिएशन ने स्पष्ट किया कि यदि प्रशासन द्वारा ठोस कार्रवाई की जाती है, तो यह अभिभावकों के लिए बड़ी राहत होगी और शिक्षा व्यवस्था में पारदर्शिता एवं जवाबदेही सुनिश्चित होगी।
