वोटरों, अब तुम छुट्टी करो भाई। लोकतंत्र की तुमने बहुत रक्षा कर ली। तुम्हारी जरूरत अब खत्म हुई। आराम करो। अभी तक के सहयोग के लिए बहुत धन्यवाद और आभार। अब तुम्हारी खास जरूरत नहीं। और अगर तुम मुसलमान हो तो फिर तुम कट लो। तुम्हें अब तो यह समझ में आ ही गया होगा कि यह एसआईआर हमने बुनियादी रूप से वोटर लिस्ट से तुम्हारे नाम हटवाने के लिए करवाया है। कहीं-कहीं गेहूं के साथ घुन भी पिस गया है और घुन तो हमेशा से पिसता रहा है। हिंदू वोटर भी अब पहले जैसा हमारा वफादार नहीं रहा। आजकल उसे गैस सिलेंडर नहीं मिल रहा है तो हमें गालियां पर गालियां दे रहा है। दो और गालियां। ये वोटर भी थोड़ा कट जाए तो बुरा नहीं। ये भी अब हमारे लिए समझो मुसलमान हैं!
वोटरों, याद करो, पहले तुम शहंशाह बने हुए थे। घर बैठे-बैठे वोटर बन जाते थे। इच्छा होती थी तो वोट डालने जाते थे। कोई डर-भय नहीं था तो जिसे चाहते थे, उसे वोट देते थे। जिसे चाहते थे, उसे जिताते थे, जिसे चाहते थे, उसे हराते थे। मुख्यमंत्रियों को ही नहीं तुमने तो प्रधानमंत्री तक को चुनाव हरवाया है! अब चूंकि भारत ‘विकसित’ होने के रास्ते पर है, तो अब यह सब नहीं चलनेवाला। याद है, सत्ता में आने के बाद अमित शाह ने कहा था कि हम पचास साल राज करने आए हैं। तब तुम वोटर इस बात पर हंसे थे न मगर आज तुम्हें लगता होगा न कि यही हकीकत है!
अब वोटर बनना, तुम्हारी मजबूरी है क्योंकि जो वोटर नहीं, वह कुछ भी नहीं। आदमी नहीं, औरत नहीं, बच्चा नहीं। सांप-बिच्छू नहीं। कीड़ा तक नहीं। वह या तो मृतक है या है घुसपैठिया !
बस एक ही फंडा…लोकतंत्र फोटोजेनिक बना रहे
भूतपूर्व और वर्तमान वोटरों, यह अच्छी तरह समझ लो कि हमने, तुम्हारे बगैर चुनाव जीतने की टेक्निक अच्छी तरह साध ली है। बस चंद वोटर हर बूथ पर लाइन में लगे हुए चाहिए, ताकि लोकतंत्र फोटोजेनिक बना रहे! आज अगर हम इस टेक्निक से असम और पश्चिम बंगाल में चुनाव जीत जाते हैं तो कुछ साल बाद इसी तकनीक का और विकास करके हम तमिलनाडु और केरल में भी जीत दर्ज कर लेंगे। भारत दुनिया का सबसे बड़ा लोकतंत्र भी होगा और वोटर के हाथ से झुनझुना तक नहीं होगा!
वोटर, हमने तुम्हारा सारा घमंड तोड़ दिया है और थोड़ा-बहुत अभी भी बचा होगा तो उसे भी जल्दी ही तोड़ देंगे। वह दिन भी आनेवाला है कि हमारा उम्मीदवार तुम्हारे घर नाक रगड़ने नहीं जाएगा और फिर भी वह 90- 95 प्रतिशत वोटों से जीत जाएगा। किसी को यह पता भी नहीं चलेगा कि चुनाव हो गया है और हमारे उम्मीदवार ऐतिहासिक जीत हासिल कर लेगा!
तो अबे ओ वोटर सुन कि अब हम केवल हिंदुत्व के सहारे नहीं जीतते हैं। केवल नफ़रत की बैसाखी पकड़ कर नहीं चलते हैं। इन पुरानी तकनीकों का भी इस्तेमाल हम करते हैं मगर हमारे पास बहुत सी नई तकनीकें भी हैं। हमारे लिए अब कुछ भी असंभव नहीं रहा। वोटर की हमें जरूरत नहीं तो बताओ, हमें हराएगा कौन? ईवीएम? निर्वाचन आयोग? पुलिस? अर्द्धसैनिक बल? अदालत ? कानून ? सीबीआई? ईडी? अडानी-अंबानी? ट्रंप? नेतन्याहू? कौन हराएगा हमें ? राहुल गांधी हरा पाएगा ? बताओ, आखिर हमें कौन हराएगा? इसके बावजूद वोटर अगर तुम यह सोचते हो कि तुम हमें नहीं, बल्कि उन्हें जिता सकते हो तो उन्हें जिता कर देख लो! खुला चैलेंज है हमारा।
‘विकसित भारत’ का नया प्रयोग
यह अलग बात है कि हम लोकतंत्र का नाटक रचने के लिए कुछ सीटों पर उन्हें भी जिता देंगे मगर भूल जाओ भाइयों-बहनों यह चमत्कार तुम्हारे वोटों से होगा!
हां तो वोटर बनने की जरूरत आज तुम्हें है, हमें नहीं। हम जिस ‘लोकतंत्र’ का विकास कर रहे हैं, उसे तुम्हारी आवश्यकता नहीं। अगर हम उसी पुरानी कानूनी-संवैधानिक पद्धति पर चलते रहेंगे तो हम कभी भी न ‘विकसित भारत’ बना पाएंगे और न हिंदू राष्ट्र और न विश्वगुरु बन पाएंगे। न हम अमेरिका के आगे घुटने टेक पाएंगे, न इस्राइल की बगल में बैठकर खी-खी, ही-ही कर पाएंगे।
हमें तुम्हारा वोट नहीं चाहिए क्योंकि इस बार हमें किसी भी कीमत पर पश्चिम बंगाल में ममता बनर्जी को धूल चटाना है और जैसे भी हो, उसे इस बार धूल चटाकर रहेंगे। हमारे पास धूल चटाने की इतनी तरकीबें हैं कि धूल चाटनेवाले धूल चाट-चाट कर थक जाएगा और धूल ख़त्म नहीं होगी!
चुनाव लूटने की नई तरकीब
हमारी इन नई तरकीबों का पता तुम्हें बाद में चलेगा। वोट चोरी तो हमारा पेशा है। राहुल गांधी के डर से हम इसे अपनाने से डरेंगे नहीं। वोट डालने से कुछ समुदायों को रोकना भी है हमें। हिंदू-मुस्लिम तो हमें करना ही है। जाति-संप्रदाय का बंटवारा भी जारी रहेगा। विपक्ष के उम्मीदवारों को खरीदना भी रुकेगा नहीं। उसे डराया-धमकाया जाएगा, नोटों की गड्डी दिखाई जाएगी। विपक्षी उम्मीदवार के वोट काटने के लिए उसकी जाति के फर्जी किस्म के उम्मीदवार भी खड़े करेंगे। और बहुत से नये उपाय भी हमने ईजाद किए हैं। इस मामले में शोध करने में हम दुनिया के सभी देशों से आगे हैं।
जल्दी ही हम ऐसा युग लाएंगे कि 98 प्रतिशत वोट हमारे उम्मीदवार को मिलेंगे और विपक्ष के उम्मीदवार को शेष दो प्रतिशत ! वह शर्म से जमीन में गड़ जाएगा। सिर उठाना, चुनाव लड़ना भूल जाएगा! जिन-जिन देशों में ये तरकीबें सफलता से अपनाई जा रही हैं, वहां हमारे और चुनाव आयोग के प्रतिनिधि गहराई से अध्ययन कर रहे हैं। उन देशों के शासनाध्यक्षों से भी हम लेसन ले रहे हैं, ताकि दुनिया के सबसे बड़ा यह लोकतंत्र खुशी-खुशी जोकतंत्र बन जाए और चुनाव लूटने की तरकीब में दुनिया स्वेच्छा से हमें विश्वगुरु कहने को बाध्य हो जाए।
