गुमला में अंचल दिवस का आयोजन, 126 आवेदनों में से 98 का ऑन द स्पॉट निष्पादन

राजस्व एवं प्रमाण पत्र से संबंधित मामलों के त्वरित समाधान पर विशेष जोर

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त के निर्देशानुसार आज गुमला अंचल कार्यालय परिसर में अंचल दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य आमजनों की समस्याओं का स्थानीय स्तर पर त्वरित, पारदर्शी एवं प्रभावी समाधान सुनिश्चित करना रहा। शिविर में अपर समाहर्ता, गुमला, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी (सदर), अंचल अधिकारी, गुमला, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, गुमला सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित रहे तथा आवेदकों की समस्याओं को गंभीरता से सुना गया।

अंचल दिवस के दौरान कुल 1,26 आवेदन प्राप्त हुए, जिनमें से 98 मामलों का ऑन द स्पॉट निष्पादन किया गया, जबकि शेष 28 मामलों में आवश्यक जांच एवं अग्रेतर कार्रवाई प्रारंभ कर दी गई है। प्राप्त आवेदनों में मुख्यमंत्री जन शिकायत से संबंधित 20 मामलों में 14 का निष्पादन किया गया तथा 6 मामलों में जांच के निर्देश दिए गए। दाखिल-खारिज के 10 मामलों में कार्रवाई प्रारंभ की गई, जबकि पारिवारिक सदस्यता के 14 तथा सामाजिक सुरक्षा से जुड़े 18 आवेदनों का शत-प्रतिशत निष्पादन सुनिश्चित किया गया।

इसी प्रकार भू-धारण प्रमाण पत्र के 9, एनसीएल के 7 एवं ओबीसी के 6 आवेदनों का निष्पादन किया गया। पेंशन से संबंधित 42 आवेदनों में से 30 का निष्पादन किया गया तथा 12 मामलों में आवश्यक जांच की प्रक्रिया जारी है। शिविर के दौरान आमजनों को विभिन्न प्रमाण पत्रों का वितरण भी किया गया, जिससे उन्हें त्वरित राहत प्राप्त हुई।

पदाधिकारियों द्वारा संबंधित मामलों में पारदर्शिता एवं समयबद्धता के साथ कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए गए। साथ ही यह भी कहा गया कि अंचल दिवस आमजनों एवं प्रशासन के बीच एक सशक्त संवाद का माध्यम है, जिसके माध्यम से स्थानीय स्तर पर ही समस्याओं का समाधान किया जा रहा है।

जिला प्रशासन द्वारा आमजनों से अपील की गई है कि वे इस प्रकार के आयोजनों में अधिक से अधिक भाग लें एवं अपनी समस्याओं का समाधान स्थानीय स्तर पर ही प्राप्त करें, ताकि प्रशासनिक सेवाओं की पहुंच और अधिक प्रभावी बन सके।
