खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग द्वारा जाँच में खुली लापरवाही, कई दुकानों को नोटिस

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त के निर्देश एवं अभिहित अधिकारी सह अपर मुख्य चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी डॉ. धनुर्जय ने आज खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी के नेतृत्व में गुमला शहर के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में खाद्य प्रतिष्ठानों पर सघन निरीक्षण अभियान चलाया गया। इस अभियान का मुख्य उद्देश्य आम जनता को सुरक्षित एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण खाद्य सामग्री उपलब्ध कराना तथा खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों का सख्ती से पालन सुनिश्चित करना था।

निरीक्षण के दौरान मेसर्स होटल पुष्पांजलि, नियर बस स्टैंड, मेसर्स पूजा सिंह, सिसई रोड, मेसर्स ईट एन गार्डेन,सिसई रोड, मेसर्स डिकेन्स सिसई रोड,एवं मेसर्स नेशनल ट्रेडर्स (एस एस स्कूल रोड ) सहित कई प्रतिष्ठानों की जांच की गई। जांच के क्रम में कई अनियमितताएं पाई गईं, जिस पर संबंधित संचालकों को सख्त निर्देश दिए गए।

मेसर्स होटल पुष्पांजलि एवं मेसर्स डिकेन्स में साफ-सफाई की कमी पाए जाने पर संचालक को एप्रन, ग्लव्स एवं हेडगियर का अनिवार्य रूप से उपयोग करने तथा साथ ही ताजा खाना परोसने का सख्त हिदायत दी गई।

इसी प्रकार मेसर्स ईट एन गार्डन को बिना अनुज्ञप्ति – लाइसेंस के प्रतिष्ठान संचालित करने पर कड़ी फटकार लगाई गई और शीघ्र लाइसेंस बनवाने का निर्देश दिया गया।

खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी ने बताया कि जिले में इस प्रकार का निरीक्षण अभियान आगे भी लगातार जारी रहेगा। उन्होंने सभी खाद्य व्यवसायियों से अपील की कि वे खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम के नियमों का पालन करें, साफ-सफाई का विशेष ध्यान रखें तथा गुणवत्तापूर्ण सामग्री ही उपभोक्ताओं को उपलब्ध कराएं।

साथ ही आम नागरिकों से भी अपील की गई कि यदि कहीं मिलावटी या संदिग्ध खाद्य सामग्री की जानकारी मिले तो इसकी सूचना संबंधित विभाग को दें, ताकि समय रहते कार्रवाई की जा सके और जनस्वास्थ्य की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित हो सके।
