उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस आयोजित

विभिन्न प्रखंडों से आए नागरिकों की समस्याओं पर सुनवाई, त्वरित समाधान हेतु अधिकारियों को निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला जिला समाहरणालय परिसर में आज उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों एवं दूर-दराज क्षेत्रों से आए नागरिकों ने अपनी समस्याएं उपायुक्त के समक्ष रखीं।

उपायुक्त ने सभी आवेदनों को गंभीरतापूर्वक सुनते हुए संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि प्रत्येक मामले का प्राथमिकता के आधार पर त्वरित, पारदर्शी एवं न्यायसंगत समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जाए। उन्होंने स्पष्ट कहा कि आमजन की समस्याओं का समयबद्ध निष्पादन प्रशासन की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है तथा इसमें किसी प्रकार की लापरवाही स्वीकार्य नहीं होगी।

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के दौरान प्रखंड सिसई अंतर्गत ग्राम पंचायत छारदा के ग्रामीणों द्वारा ग्राम प्रधान के सहायक सचिव एवं कोषाध्यक्ष पद के चुनाव को पेसा प्रावधानों के अनुरूप निष्पक्ष एवं पारदर्शी ढंग से संपन्न कराने हेतु अनुरोध किया गया, जिस पर संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को आवश्यक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

ग्राम फसिया, थाना सिसई के निवासी रामदेव सिंह द्वारा अपनी खतियानी भूमि पर अवैध रूप से प्लॉटिंग किए जाने की शिकायत प्रस्तुत की गई, जिस पर राजस्व एवं संबंधित अंचल अधिकारियों को जांच कर आवश्यक विधिसम्मत कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

मौजा बघनी, प्रखंड सिसई से प्राप्त आवेदन में सामूहिक भूमि से संबंधित विवाद एवं कथित रूप से अनियमित भूमि हस्तांतरण का मामला सामने आया, जिस पर उपायुक्त ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को तथ्यात्मक जांच कर विधिसम्मत कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने को कहा।

प्रखंड रायडीह के ग्राम टेडाचुंवा के आवेदकों द्वारा आवास निर्माण से संबंधित भूमि विवाद एवं निर्माण कार्य बाधित होने की समस्या रखी गई, जिस पर राजस्व विभाग को मामले का परीक्षण कर उचित समाधान सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

ग्राम चेटर से प्राप्त एक अन्य आवेदन में भूमि सीमांकन से जुड़े विवाद के निष्पक्ष समाधान हेतु पुनः मापी कराने का अनुरोध किया गया, जिस पर संबंधित अंचल प्रशासन को आवश्यक कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए गए।

इसके अतिरिक्त शिक्षा विभाग से संबंधित एक प्रकरण में लंबित भुगतान एवं प्रशासनिक कार्रवाई की मांग की गई, जिस पर संबंधित विभाग को आवश्यक जांच कर उचित कार्रवाई करने को कहा गया।

प्रखंड बिशुनपुर के ग्राम भौरा गानी के ग्रामीणों द्वारा जर्जर सड़क के निर्माण एवं आवागमन सुविधा में सुधार की मांग रखी गई, जिस पर संबंधित विभाग को नियमानुसार कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

साथ ही विभिन्न आवेदकों द्वारा पेंशन, जन वितरण प्रणाली, आधारभूत सुविधाओं एवं अन्य जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं से संबंधित समस्याएं भी प्रस्तुत की गईं, जिन पर उपायुक्त द्वारा संबंधित अधिकारियों को त्वरित निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया।

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के माध्यम से जिला प्रशासन द्वारा आम नागरिकों को उनकी समस्याओं के समाधान हेतु एक सुलभ एवं प्रभावी मंच उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है, जिससे प्रशासनिक कार्यप्रणाली में पारदर्शिता एवं जवाबदेही को और अधिक सुदृढ़ किया जा सके।
