उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस आयोजित

विभिन्न प्रखंडों से आए नागरिकों की समस्याओं पर सुनवाई, त्वरित समाधान हेतु अधिकारियों को निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला जिला समाहरणालय परिसर में आज उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों एवं दूर-दराज क्षेत्रों से आए नागरिकों ने अपनी समस्याएं उपायुक्त के समक्ष प्रस्तुत कीं।

उपायुक्त ने सभी आवेदनों को गंभीरतापूर्वक सुनते हुए संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि प्रत्येक मामले का प्राथमिकता के आधार पर त्वरित, पारदर्शी एवं न्यायसंगत समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि आमजन की समस्याओं का समयबद्ध निष्पादन प्रशासन की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है।

इस दौरान गुमला निवासी दिव्यम कुमार द्वारा राष्ट्रीय स्तर की शूटिंग प्रतियोगिताओं की तैयारी हेतु स्पोर्ट्स गन लाइसेंस निर्गत करने का अनुरोध प्रस्तुत किया गया। पम्पापुर इंटर महाविद्यालय, पालकोट के विज्ञान एवं वाणिज्य संकाय के शिक्षक एवं शिक्षकेतर कर्मियों द्वारा लंबित अनुदान राशि भुगतान की मांग रखी गई।

जिले के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों से आए नागरिकों ने सदर अस्पताल, गुमला में विशेषज्ञ चिकित्सकों की पदस्थापना, उन्नत जांच सुविधाओं की उपलब्धता तथा स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं के सुदृढ़ीकरण से संबंधित आवेदन प्रस्तुत किए। ग्राम छोटा लोरो, नवाडीह के करमा उरांव द्वारा निजी भूमि पर लगाए गए पेड़-पौधों को क्षति पहुंचाए जाने के संबंध में जांच कर मुआवजा दिलाने का अनुरोध किया गया।

ग्राम बिरकेरा, सिसई की बिरसी देवी द्वारा उग्रवादी हिंसा से संबंधित प्रकरण में अनुकंपा आधारित सहायता एवं नियोजन प्रदान करने की मांग की गई। ग्राम करमटोली के टेमना उरांव द्वारा निर्माण कार्य के दौरान निजी संपत्ति को हुई क्षति के संबंध में मुआवजा दिलाने हेतु आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया गया।

ग्राम कोटामाटी, घाघरा के गुल मोहम्मद खान द्वारा विद्युत विभाग की कार्रवाई की जांच कर न्याय दिलाने का अनुरोध किया गया, वहीं बासिया निवासी पूर्व सैनिक रविन्द्र नाग द्वारा शस्त्र लाइसेंस निर्गत करने हेतु आवेदन दिया गया। ग्राम उर्मी, अरमई पंचायत के भौरा मिस्त्री द्वारा जर्जर आवास के स्थान पर नए आवास की स्वीकृति हेतु अनुरोध किया गया। इसके अतिरिक्त भूमि विवाद, राजस्व अभिलेख सुधार एवं सामाजिक सुरक्षा से संबंधित अन्य आवेदन भी प्राप्त हुए।

उपायुक्त ने संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि सभी प्राप्त आवेदनों पर त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए नियमानुसार समाधान सुनिश्चित करें तथा प्रगति से अवगत कराएं।

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के माध्यम से जिला प्रशासन द्वारा आम नागरिकों को उनकी समस्याओं के समाधान हेतु एक सुलभ एवं प्रभावी मंच उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है, जिससे प्रशासनिक कार्यप्रणाली में पारदर्शिता एवं जवाबदेही को और अधिक सुदृढ़ किया जा सके।
