जिला स्थापना समिति की बैठक आयोजित, अनुकंपा नियुक्ति, सेवा संपुष्टि एवं प्रोन्नति से जुड़े प्रस्तावों पर हुई विस्तृत चर्चा

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो के अध्यक्षता में जिला स्थापना समिति की बैठक का आयोजन आज गुरुवार को समाहरणालय परिसर के सभागार में किया गया। बैठक में विभिन्न विभागों से संबंधित सेवा मामलों, अनुकंपा नियुक्ति, सेवा संपुष्टि, प्रोन्नति एवं अन्य प्रशासनिक विषयों पर विस्तृत समीक्षा एवं विचार-विमर्श किया गया।

बैठक में मुख्य रूप से अपर समाहर्ता गुमला शशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाइक, सिविल सर्जन गुमला डॉ. शंभूनाथ चौधरी,डीसीएलआर गुमला राजीव कुमार, एसडीओ सदर राजीव नीरज, जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी प्रदीप भगत, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां, जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी आलोक रंजन सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित रहे।

बैठक के दौरान अनुकंपा के आधार पर प्राप्त 2 आवेदनों पर विचार करते हुए उन्हें अनुमोदित किया गया। वहीं उग्रवादी हिंसा से संबंधित 2 मामलों पर भी गंभीरता से चर्चा की गई एवं आवश्यक प्रक्रिया आगे बढ़ाने का निर्णय लिया गया।

चौकीदार नियुक्ति के तहत अनुकंपा से जुड़े 6 मामलों की पुष्टि की गई। इसके अतिरिक्त विभिन्न विभागीय कार्यालयों से प्राप्त सेवा संपुष्टि एवं प्रोन्नति से संबंधित कुल 8 प्रस्तावों पर विस्तार से चर्चा करते हुए आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए।

बैठक में उपायुक्त द्वारा सभी लंबित मामलों के शीघ्र निष्पादन पर बल दिया गया। विशेष रूप से चौकीदारों की सेवा संपुष्टि को प्राथमिकता देते हुए सभी संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को आवश्यक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

साथ ही,एमएसीपी के अंतर्गत लंबित मामलों की समीक्षा की गई तथा इस दिशा में आवश्यक प्रगति सुनिश्चित करने को कहा गया।

उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि जिले के सभी अंचलों से कार्यरत चौकीदारों की अद्यतन रिपोर्ट शीघ्र उपलब्ध कराई जाए, ताकि उनके सेवा से संबंधित मामलों का समयबद्ध निष्पादन किया जा सके।

बैठक के अंत में उपायुक्त ने कहा कि स्थापना समिति की बैठक प्रशासनिक दक्षता एवं पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करने का महत्वपूर्ण माध्यम है। सभी सम्बंधित विभाग आपसी समन्वय के साथ कार्य करते हुए लंबित मामलों का त्वरित निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करें।
