उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में सभी तकनीकी विभागों की समीक्षा बैठक, लंबित कार्यों को शीघ्र पूर्ण करने के निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में समाहरणालय सभागार में जिले के सभी तकनीकी विभागों की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में विशेष प्रमंडल , लघु सिंचाई (एम एल), वाटर वेज, ग्रामीण कार्य विभाग ( आर डब्ल्यू डी ), सड़क निर्माण विभाग (आरसीडी ), राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग विभाग (एन एच), जिला परिषद, पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता विभाग (पीएचईडी-जेजेएम), भवन निर्माण, राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार कार्यक्रम (एनआरईपी) एवं विद्युत विभाग द्वारा संचालित विभिन्न योजनाओं एवं परियोजनाओं की प्रगति की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई।

बैठक में सभी संबंधित विभागों के कार्यपालक अभियंता, सहायक अभियंता एवं अन्य पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।

समीक्षा के दौरान राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अंतर्गत 20 कार्य प्रगति पर पाए गए तथा 4 ब्रिज निर्माण स्थलों पर कार्य जारी है। प्रधानमंत्री ग्राम सड़क योजना (पीएमजीएसवाई ) के अंतर्गत 23 योजनाओं में से 7 पूर्ण हो चुकी हैं, जबकि 16 योजनाओं पर कार्य प्रगति पर है। साथ ही 11 योजनाएं निविदा प्रक्रिया में हैं। उपायुक्त ने लंबित कार्यों के शीघ्र निष्पादन का निर्देश दिया।

लघु सिंचाई विभाग (एमएल) के अंतर्गत वित्तीय वर्ष 2025–26 में स्वीकृत 30 योजनाओं में से 29 का टेंडर हो चुका है तथा 1 प्रक्रिया में है। सभी योजनाओं को निर्धारित समयसीमा के भीतर पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया गया। साथ ही 36 आंगनबाड़ी भवनों के निर्माण कार्य को शीघ्र पूर्ण करने को कहा गया।

राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार कार्यक्रम (एनआरईपी) के अंतर्गत स्वीकृत 30 आंगनबाड़ी भवनों में से 27 पूर्ण हो चुके हैं, जबकि 3 मामलों में विवाद लंबित है। संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को विवादों का त्वरित समाधान कर कार्य पूर्ण कराने का निर्देश दिया गया।

वाटर वेज से संबंधित योजनाओं की समीक्षा के दौरान नए डीपीआर तैयार कर विभाग को भेजने का निर्देश दिया गया, ताकि परियोजनाओं को गति मिल सके।

बैठक में वर्ष 2022–23 से संबंधित विभिन्न योजनाओं एवं प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के तहत लंबित कार्यों की भी समीक्षा की गई।

बीपीएचयू एवं हेल्थ सब सेंटर (एचएससी) भवन निर्माण के अंतर्गत 12 कार्य प्रगति पर हैं। इन सभी कार्यों को गुणवत्ता के साथ निर्धारित समयसीमा में पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त ने स्पष्ट किया कि विलंबित कार्यों पर त्वरित कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाए। सभी लंबित योजनाओं को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर पूर्ण किया जाए तथा शिलान्यास किए गए कार्यों को शीघ्र धरातल पर उतारा जाए। साथ ही सड़कों की मरम्मत (रिपेयरिंग) कार्यों को भी प्राथमिकता देने का निर्देश दिया गया।

बैठक के अंत में सभी विभागों को आपसी समन्वय के साथ कार्य करते हुए विकास योजनाओं का समयबद्ध एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण क्रियान्वयन सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया।
