गुमला में परिवहन विभाग की राजस्व संग्रहण को लेकर गुमला – रायडीह रोड में सघन जांच अभियान, ₹ 2.07 लाख का वसूला जुर्माना

गुमला : – गुमला जिला में सड़क सुरक्षा को मजबूत बनाने के उद्देश्य से जिला परिवहन विभाग के और से विशेष अभियान चलाया गया

उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो के निर्देशों के आलोक में, जिला परिवहन विभाग ने सभी प्रकार के वाहनों के खिलाफ एक बड़ा अभियान चलाया गया

गुमला रायडीह मार्ग पर 

जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल के नेतृत्व में विभाग की टीम ने गुमला-रायडीह मुख्य मार्ग पर सघन वाहन जांच अभियान चलाया। प्रशासन की इस अचानक कार्रवाई से यातायात नियमों की अनदेखी करने वाले चालकों में अफरा-तफरी का माहौल रहा।

इस विशेष अभियान के दौरान मोटर वाहन अधिनियम की विभिन्न धाराओं के तहत कुल ₹ 2,07,000 (दो लाख सात हजार रुपये) का जुर्माना वसूला गया।

बिना हेलमेट वालों से सीधा संवाद: जिन लोगों ने हेलमेट नहीं पहना था, उन्हें किनारे रोककर न केवल हेलमेट न पहनने के गंभीर नुकसान बताए गए, बल्कि यह भी समझाया गया कि एक छोटी सी लापरवाही कैसे पूरे परिवार को जीवन भर का दर्द दे सकती है।

ओवरलोडिंग ,तेज गति और सुरक्षा मानकों पर कड़ा प्रहार

जांच के दौरान टीम ने मुख्य रूप से भारी मालवाहक वाहनों (ट्रक और हाइवा) को निशाने पर लिया। अभियान के दौरान विशेष रूप से उन वाहनों को जांच किया जिन्होंने निर्धारित लंबाई/चौड़ाई से अधिक सामान लादा है या जिनके पास वैध फिटनेस प्रमाण पत्र नहीं है।

ओवरलोडिंग: क्षमता से अधिक माल ढोने वाले वाहनों पर नियमों के तहत भारी आर्थिक दंड लगाया गया। दस्तावेजों की कमी: बिना बीमा, फिटनेस प्रमाण पत्र, वैध परमिट और ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस के चल रहे वाहनों की गहन जांच की गई। अवैध मॉडिफिकेशन: गाड़ियों में लगी अवैध एक्स्ट्रा एलईडी लाइटों और नंबर प्लेट छिपाने वाले वाहन भी विभाग के रडार पर रहे।

मकसद चालान नहीं, जिंदगियां बचाना है

अभियान के उद्देश्यों पर प्रकाश डालते हुए डीटीओ ने कहा “हमारा मुख्य उद्देश्य केवल चालान काटना या राजस्व बढ़ाना नहीं, बल्कि सड़कों पर बहुमूल्य मानवीय जिंदगियों को सुरक्षित करना है। नियम तोड़ने से न केवल बड़ी दुर्घटनाओं का खतरा रहता है, बल्कि यह वाहन मालिकों के लिए भी भारी आर्थिक परेशानी का कारण बनता है। हम चाहते हैं कि लोग नियमों का स्वतः पालन करें।”

प्रशासन की इस कार्रवाई ने स्पष्ट कर दिया है कि गुमला की सड़कों पर नियमों के साथ खिलवाड़ करने वालों को किसी भी कीमत पर बख्शा नहीं जाएगा।
