राजस्व कर्मियों पर हमले का मामला प्रशासनिक आश्वासन के बाद हड़ताल बीस दिनों के लिए टली

गुमला : – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित चैनपुर अंचल के केड़ेंग गाँव में जमीन सीमांकन के दौरान राजस्व कर्मियों पर हुए हमले और दुर्व्यवहार के मामले ने तूल पकड़ लिया है। इस घटना के विरोध में झारखंड अराजपत्रित कर्मचारी संघ द्वारा शनिवार से प्रस्तावित अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल को प्रशासनिक आश्वासन के बाद फिलहाल 15-20 दिनों के लिए स्थगित कर दिया गया है। 29 अप्रैल 2026 को चैनपुर अंचल अंतर्गत केड़ेंग में राजस्व कर्मचारी सुजीत कुमार सिन्हा, अंचल निरीक्षक नरेंद्र सेठ और उमाशंकर कुमार जमीन का सीमांकन करने पहुंचे थे। इसी दौरान 8-10 की संख्या में स्थानीय महिलाओं और पुरुषों ने टीम पर अचानक हमला कर दिया। प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों के अनुसार, एक महिला ने राजस्व कर्मचारी सुजीत कुमार सिन्हा को दौड़ा-दौड़ा कर चप्पल से पीटा। इस अपमानजनक घटना के बाद चैनपुर थाने में लिखित आवेदन दिया गया था, लेकिन आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी न होने से कर्मियों में भारी आक्रोश था।शुक्रवार को डीसी के निर्देश के बाद चैनपुर अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी पूर्णिमा कुमारी, अंचल अधिकारी दिनेश गुप्ता और बीडीओ यादव बैठा ने धरना स्थल पर पहुंचकर आंदोलनकारी कर्मियों से वार्ता की। एसडीओ पूर्णिमा कुमारी ने कर्मियों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि प्रशासन उनके साथ है। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि भारतीय न्याय संहिता की नई धाराओं में हुए बदलावों के कारण तकनीकी रूप से अभियुक्तों को तुरंत जेल नहीं भेजा जा सका है। उन्होंने इस घटना की कड़ी निंदा करते हुए इसे दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण बताया।राजस्व उप निरीक्षक संघ के जिला सचिव अंकित कुमार होता ने बताया कि उपायुक्त और एसडीओ के साथ हुई बातचीत में यह साफ हुआ है कि मामला अभी ‘नोटिस पीरियड’ में है। जैसे ही यह कानूनी अवधि समाप्त होगी, पुलिस गिरफ्तारी की कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करेगी।झारखंड राज्य अराजपत्रित कर्मचारी महासंघ के जिला सचिव भूषण कुमार ने आधिकारिक घोषणा करते हुए कहा कि उपायुक्त के निर्देश पर एसडीओ द्वारा दिए गए आश्वासन के बाद 5 तारीख से जारी धरने को अगले 15-20 दिनों के लिए स्थगित किया जा रहा है। जिला सचिव भूषण कुमार ने कहा हम प्रशासन को समय दे रहे हैं। यदि तय समय सीमा के भीतर दोषियों की गिरफ्तारी नहीं हुई, तो कर्मचारी संघ दोबारा और भी उग्र तरीके से सड़क पर उतरने को मजबूर होगा। संघ के अध्यक्ष जेठू कोरवा, मुरारी प्रसाद सिंह, मनोज प्रसाद, रघुनंदन वैद्य, चैनपुर के सभी कर्मी मौजूद थे।
