कामडारा में आयोजित अंचल दिवस में उपायुक्त पहुंचे, जमीन संबंधी मामलों का ऑन – द – स्पॉट समाधान

गुमला : – गुमला जिले के कामडारा प्रखंड में शनिवार को आयोजित *अंचल दिवस* कार्यक्रम में उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो शामिल हुए। इस दौरान अपर समाहर्ता शशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाइक, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी (बसिया) जयवंती देवगम, अंचल अधिकारी, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी कामडारा सहित विभिन्न विभागों के पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित रहे।

अंचल दिवस के अवसर पर बड़ी संख्या में ग्रामीण अपनी समस्याएं लेकर पहुंचे, जिनमें अधिकांश मामले जमीन से संबंधित थे। कार्यक्रम के दौरान राजस्व एवं भूमि से जुड़े मामलों की सुनवाई करते हुए कई मामलों का मौके पर ही निष्पादन किया गया, वहीं शेष जटिल मामलों के त्वरित समाधान के लिए संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए।

ग्रामीणों ने भूमि मापी, दाखिल-खारिज, रसीद निर्गमन एवं सीमांकन जैसी समस्याएं प्रमुख रूप से रखीं। उपायुक्त ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि राजस्व से जुड़े मामलों का निष्पादन पारदर्शी एवं समयबद्ध तरीके से सुनिश्चित किया जाए, ताकि आम लोगों को अनावश्यक परेशानी न हो।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान उपायुक्त ने आमजन से सीधे संवाद कर उनकी समस्याएं सुनीं और भरोसा दिलाया कि जिला प्रशासन लोगों की समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए पूरी तरह संवेदनशील एवं प्रतिबद्ध है। उन्होंने कहा कि अंचल दिवस जैसे कार्यक्रमों का उद्देश्य प्रशासन और जनता के बीच सीधा संवाद स्थापित करना है, जिससे समस्याओं का त्वरित एवं प्रभावी समाधान संभव हो सके।

इस अवसर पर उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो ने कहा कि “अंचल दिवस के माध्यम से हम लोगों तक प्रशासन की पहुंच को और मजबूत बना रहे हैं। जमीन से जुड़े मामले आम लोगों के लिए अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण होते हैं, इसलिए इनका समय पर समाधान हमारी प्राथमिकता है। आज कई मामलों का मौके पर ही निष्पादन किया गया है, और शेष मामलों को भी शीघ्रता से सुलझाने का निर्देश दिया गया है। हमारा प्रयास है कि लोगों को बार-बार कार्यालयों के चक्कर न लगाने पड़ें और उन्हें एक ही स्थान पर समाधान मिल सके।”

उन्होंने सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि जनहित से जुड़े मामलों में संवेदनशीलता के साथ कार्य करते हुए निर्धारित समय सीमा के भीतर निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करें।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान प्रशासन द्वारा संचालित विभिन्न योजनाओं की जानकारी भी ग्रामीणों को दी गई तथा उन्हें सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ उठाने के लिए प्रेरित किया गया।
