बालू-गिट्टी लदे 6 वाहन को किया गया जब्त

गुमला : – गुमला सदर थाना क्षेत्र में अवैध बालू और गिट्टी के कारोबार पर प्रशासन ने सख्त रुख अपनाते हुए बड़ी कार्रवाई की। खनन विभाग और पुलिस की संयुक्त टीम ने विशेष जांच अभियान चलाकर कुल छह वाहनों को जब्त किया। कार्रवाई के बाद अवैध खनिज परिवहन में लगे कारोबारियों के बीच हड़कंप मच गया। जब्त किए गए वाहनों में एक हाइवा अवैध बालू से लदा मिला, जबकि दो ट्रैक्टर और तीन हाइवा गिट्टी लेकर बिना वैध कागजात के परिवहन करते पकड़े गए। प्रशासनिक टीम ने शहर के विभिन्न इलाकों में जांच के दौरान इन वाहनों को रोका और दस्तावेजों की जांच की। जांच में खनिज परिवहन से संबंधित जरूरी कागजात नहीं मिलने पर सभी वाहनों को जब्त कर सदर थाना परिसर में रखा गया।

माइनिंग ऑफिसर नीरज कुमार ने मामले में सदर थाना में प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई है। उन्होंने बताया कि गुप्त सूचना के आधार पर यह कार्रवाई की गई। खनन विभाग के अनुसार वाहन मालिकों और चालकों के खिलाफ खनन अधिनियम के तहत कानूनी कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी गई है। प्रशासन ने

चेतावनी दी है कि जिले में अवैध बालू और गिट्टी उत्खनन तथा परिवहन के खिलाफ आगे भी लगातार अभियान जारी रहेगा। पुलिस और खनन विभाग की टीम संयुक्त रूप से निगरानी कर रही है।
