गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो की अध्यक्षता में समाहरणालय सभाकक्ष में आगामी 18 मई को आयोजित होने वाले जिला स्थापना दिवस के सफल आयोजन को लेकर एक महत्वपूर्ण बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में स्थापना दिवस के अवसर पर आयोजित किए जाने वाले विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों की रूपरेखा एवं तैयारियों की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई।
बैठक में स्थापना दिवस के अवसर पर आयोजित होने वाले सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम, सम्मान समारोह, खेल प्रतियोगिताएं (टूर्नामेंट), बुक फेयर एवं “रन फॉर झारखंड” जैसे आयोजनों पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई। उपायुक्त ने सभी संबंधित विभागों को आपसी समन्वय के साथ कार्यक्रमों को व्यवस्थित एवं आकर्षक ढंग से आयोजित करने का निर्देश दिया।
उपायुक्त ने कहा कि जिला स्थापना दिवस जिले की गौरवशाली पहचान का प्रतीक है, अतः सभी कार्यक्रमों को जनभागीदारी के साथ भव्य एवं गरिमामय रूप से आयोजित किया जाए। उन्होंने विशेष रूप से युवाओं, विद्यार्थियों एवं आमजन की अधिकाधिक सहभागिता सुनिश्चित करने पर बल दिया।
बैठक में कार्यक्रम स्थल, व्यवस्थापन, सुरक्षा, स्वच्छता, पेयजल, विद्युत, प्रचार-प्रसार सहित अन्य आवश्यक व्यवस्थाओं पर भी विस्तार से चर्चा करते हुए संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए।
बैठक में अपर समाहर्ता शशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाइक, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी (सदर) राजीव नीरज, सहायक निदेशक सामाजिक सुरक्षा सह जिला नजारत उप समाहर्ता ललन कुमार रजक, जिला योजना पदाधिकारी रमण कुमार, जिला खेल पदाधिकारी प्रवीण कुमार, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां, पीएचईडी के कार्यपालक अभियंता, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी आरती कुमारी सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित थे।
