उपायुक्त गुमला की अध्यक्षता में शिक्षा विभाग की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित

गुमला : – गुमला उपयुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो, की अध्यक्षता में शिक्षा विभाग की मासिक समीक्षा बैठक समाहरणालय सभागार में आयोजित की गई। बैठक में डीएसई नूर आलम खां, एडीपीओ ज्योति खलखो एवं डायट प्राचार्य प्रियाश्री भगत सहित शिक्षा विभाग के पदाधिकारियों ने उपायुक्त को बुके भेंट कर उनका स्वागत एवं अभिनंदन किया।

उपायुक्त द्वारा बैठक में शिक्षा विभाग की वार्षिक कार्य योजना अंतर्गत वर्ष 2026-27 में संचालित की जाने वाली विभिन्न गतिविधियों की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई। उपायुक्त ने कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय एवं नेता जी सुभाषचंद्र बोस आवासीय विद्यालय में योग्य छात्राओं एवं विद्यार्थियों के नामांकन की स्थिति, टेंडर प्रक्रिया तथा आवश्यक व्यवस्थाओं की समीक्षा करते हुए संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए।

बैठक में दिव्यांग बच्चों की शिक्षा एवं उन्हें उपलब्ध कराई जाने वाली सुविधाओं, सामुदायिक सहभागिता के अंतर्गत एसएमसी एवं पीटीएम बैठकों के नियमित आयोजन, विद्यालयों में वोकेशनल कोर्स एवं करियर काउंसलिंग कार्यक्रमों पर विशेष चर्चा हुई। साथ ही पोशाक वितरण हेतु डीबीटी ट्रांसफर एवं स्वयं सहायता समूहों के माध्यम से पोशाक क्रय की प्रक्रिया की भी समीक्षा की गई।

उपायुक्त ने शिक्षकों के टीचर नीड असेसमेंट, बच्चों के एक्सपोजर विजिट, क्विज प्रतियोगिता, बुक फेयर आयोजन, विद्यालयों में साइंस क्लब, मैथ्स क्लब एवं इको क्लब के गठन एवं संचालन को प्रभावी बनाने का निर्देश दिया। विद्यालयों में खेलकूद गतिविधियों एवं विभिन्न प्रतियोगिताओं के नियमित आयोजन पर भी बल दिया गया।

बैठक में जिला विज्ञान केंद्र गुमला की समुचित देखरेख, बच्चों के आधार, अपार आईडी एवं बैंक खाता खोलने की प्रगति तथा विद्यालयों में बायोमैट्रिक अटेंडेंस व्यवस्था की समीक्षा भी की गई।

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि शिक्षा उनकी पहली प्राथमिकता है। उन्होंने शिक्षा विभाग के सभी जिला एवं प्रखंड स्तरीय पदाधिकारियों को उपलब्ध संसाधनों का समुचित उपयोग करते हुए नियमित मॉनिटरिंग के साथ गुणवत्तापूर्ण एवं बेहतर कार्य करने का निर्देश दिया।
इस अवसर पर जिले के सभी बीईओ, एपीओ, सहायक अभियंता, कनीय अभियंता, प्रखंड कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी, लेखापाल एवं फील्ड मैनेजर उपस्थित थे।
