उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन, दूर-दराज क्षेत्रों से पहुंचे नागरिकों ने रखी समस्याएं

मामलों के त्वरित निष्पादन हेतु संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला समाहरणालय परिसर स्थित कार्यालय कक्ष में उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों एवं दूर-दराज ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों से पहुंचे नागरिकों ने अपनी समस्याओं एवं मांगों से संबंधित आवेदन उपायुक्त के समक्ष प्रस्तुत किए। उपायुक्त ने सभी आवेदनों को गंभीरतापूर्वक सुनते हुए संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारियों को मामलों का नियमानुसार त्वरित निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया।

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में राजकीय उत्क्रमित उच्च विद्यालय, अरमई, गुमला से संबंधित आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया गया, जिसमें विद्यालय की चारदीवारी एवं मुख्य गेट निर्माण कार्य वर्ष 2023 से लंबित रहने की समस्या रखी गई। आवेदन में बताया गया कि मुख्य गेट नहीं रहने से ट्रैक्टर एवं अन्य छोटे-बड़े वाहन विद्यालय परिसर से होकर गुजरते हैं, जिससे विद्यार्थियों की सुरक्षा को खतरा बना रहता है। साथ ही विद्यालय परिसर से गुजर रहे कच्चे रास्ते एवं अतिक्रमण की समस्या से भी अवगत कराया गया। उपायुक्त ने संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारियों को मामले की जांच कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया।

वहीं घाघरा प्रखंड स्थित नेताजी मेमोरियल ऑर्फन्स आवासीय विद्यालय, घाघरा की ओर से विद्यालय की मान्यता से संबंधित आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया गया। आवेदन में बताया गया कि विद्यालय का स्थलीय निरीक्षण एवं आवश्यक आधारभूत सुविधाओं की जांच पूर्ण होने के बावजूद अब तक मान्यता संबंधी कार्रवाई लंबित है। विद्यालय में वर्तमान में 182 छात्र-छात्राएं अध्ययनरत हैं, जिनमें कई आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर एवं दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों से आने वाले बच्चे शामिल हैं। इस संबंध में उपायुक्त ने जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक को मामले की समीक्षा कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया।

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में जिला कल्याण कार्यालय, गुमला में लंबे समय से एक ही कार्यालय में पदस्थापित कर्मियों के स्थानांतरण से संबंधित आवेदन भी प्राप्त हुआ। आवेदन में कर्मियों के लंबे समय से पदस्थापन का उल्लेख करते हुए प्रशासनिक पारदर्शिता एवं जनहित के दृष्टिकोण से स्थानांतरण की मांग की गई। उपायुक्त ने संबंधित विभाग को नियमानुसार जांच कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया।

इसके अतिरिक्त मुख्यमंत्री जन शिकायत कोषांग से प्राप्त एक परिवाद के संबंध में भी आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया गया, जिसमें संबंधित मामले पर समुचित कार्रवाई कर मुख्यमंत्री सचिवालय को प्रतिवेदन उपलब्ध कराने का अनुरोध किया गया। उपायुक्त ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को समयबद्ध कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया।

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में आजाद बस्ती, गुमला निवासी सबनम खातुन ने भी आवेदन प्रस्तुत कर आर्थिक सहायता एवं अपने बच्चों को बाल कल्याण योजना का लाभ प्रदान करने की मांग की। आवेदन में उन्होंने बताया कि उनके पति स्व० मो० कौशर आलम के निधन के उपरांत जन वितरण प्रणाली की दुकान का लाइसेंस उनके नाम आवंटित किया गया है, किन्तु गंभीर लिवर बीमारी के कारण वे आर्थिक एवं शारीरिक कठिनाइयों का सामना कर रही हैं। उपायुक्त ने संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारियों को मामले की जांच कर आवश्यक सहायता उपलब्ध कराने हेतु निर्देशित किया।

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का उद्देश्य आम नागरिकों की समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान सुनिश्चित करना है। उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि प्राप्त आवेदनों पर संवेदनशीलता एवं प्राथमिकता के आधार पर कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करें, ताकि आमजनों को समय पर राहत मिल सके।
